You don't really want to have feelings about a print company: like a bank you only get those when something is going wrong. They're just supposed to do things simply and support your broader mission. The team is always responsive: you send them an email, they send you a proof, you approve, and they deliver it a couple days later and they send you an invoice the day after they deliver. Complete no hassle: shout out to Greg and Jennifer who have been the simplest vendor ever. Never a complaint.

Print House was fantastic to work with! We used them to help design a program for a memorial, and it was such a nice experience -- they designed a lovely program, they communicated quickly + effectively throughout the whole process, and turned around the printing of 200 programs on beautiful cardstock within 24 hours of the final confirmation. I'll definitely work with them again in the future.

Getting the order done was pretty easy and went smoothly. However, the printing that was done was in two different colors of red and didn't match. My customer wasn't happy, I sent Jim pictures and never heard back. This is clearly incorrect and for a printer to do this, they should be able to match the red on two different items. I'm disappointed in them not stepping up and at least apologizing. We won't be doing business with them again unfortunately.
