Needed a short term (3 month) storage unit for between moves and both Eric and Stephanie were quick to help. They were cheaper than other local options and helped get me signed up to move in the same day. Experience so far has been great.

As the owner & operator of a small moving company a storage facility that houses your supplies serves as a second home. I’ve been doing moving for years & this has been the best experience all around! Stephanie, the manager of this location is very nice and understands the needs of different clients and their specific situations. I highly recommend this storage location because of the convenience & amazing staff.

I gave public storage as a company and at storage facility 3 stars because the rent getting raised every few months to astronomical numbers and because the gate is broken more often than not, there’s never any carts, the bathrooms are always locked, it’s now a kiosk site so good luck solving any problem, the property manager never answers any of his messages and I’m almost 10000% positive people are living in one of the lockers. Always stinks like freshly smoked weed and cigarettes which is bullshit. I was there a couple nights ago and the the sliding glass doors were broken and stuck wide open and it was freezing in the building. Luckily it’s not all trash, Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Always goes above and beyond, super helpful & If you bring an issue to her she will be all over it and you can bet your balls she’ll fix whatever the issue is. I’ve been between 490 & 650 now for 6-7 years & she’s always looked out for me. So Stephanie gets 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
So, if you want a half way decent place to store your shit and not have to worry about them bitching or being up your ass for doing dumb shit in your locker in the middle of the night then go hit up Stephanie and grab a spot.
For the other people that are reading this that are at the same site, CLEAN UP YOUR TRASH AND STOP BITCHING ABOUT HOW LOUD MY HARLEY IS. 🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈

The monthly charge is very convenient campared to other storage services nearby. Also the service is very professional especially the lady at the office, if I remmeber her name is michelle, she helped through the application and selection process.

Mike at the front desk went above and beyond to help us, even helped us strap in our stuff in the back of the car when he noticed we were struggling! What could have been a headache of a day went smoothly thanks to him. Highly recommend this location!

Great and smooth experience for my first Storage unit rental which I did with Public Storage (PS). Stephanie was awesome; she reached out to me proactively, answered my questions and guided me through the sign-up and on-boarding process. She also helped me resolve a little glitch with the return of the PS padlock which I ended up not using - very professional. Site was very clean and which had access to instant help virtually.

During the week of my move in, I had a lot of hiccups, snags, and misunderstandings that the property manager, Stephanie, helped iron out. She was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and confirming what I needed to do to properly move into the storage unit, and I have to tell you, her empathy went long way toward making a difficult process so much easier.
