Don't put your things in this facility. I rented one in this facility and came to bring my things today but there is no cart dolly to carry the boxes I am carrying more than 10 super heavy boxes on my arm because there is no trolley to help. I went to ask the address if they had anything and they said no, that there were only a few but they were using and that they could not do anything to help me, there are only two cars in the garage impossible that there are only two trolleys to load boxes in a unit of this size.

Stay away from the one on 490 Eastern Ave Malden the property manager over there is scamming people and she is rude as hell . She was trying to get me to pay her lock smith to unlock my unit after the lock and key they provided didn’t work resulting in me having to pay for another unit else where . And then to top it all off i called the regional Director johnathan to file a complaint and let him know i recorded some of it for proof and all he had to say was you can’t record in the facility completely looked over the fact that i was be scammed.Have video but can’t upload.
