My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year now, and have had nothing but a positive experience! I was a bit nervous after initially signing the lease because I joined the Overlook Ridge Facebook group, and saw some concerning posts about neighboring buildings… Lucky for us, Quarrystone is under separate management and I’ve never seen any of the issues people complained about in that group happening in this building. I am an avid online shopper and have never had any issues with deliveries. I’ve never had any problems with my car or guest parking. The landscaping is always pristine, with gorgeous flowers in season. The amenities are always clean and available to use (with the exception of a finicky coffee machine lol). But between the helpful, personable, organized women in the front office, to the super nice, extremely responsive management team, we lucked out BIG TIME. We were thrilled to extend our lease the maximum # of months this summer. Five stars from me!!!

I've been here since late last year, and I love it. The building and grounds are well kept. The apartment is very nice. The staff are responsive and professional. The neighbors are friendly when passing and the large building is fairly quiet for the most part.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at , and I must say it was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had. The issues with this place are numerous and significant, making it a poor choice for anyone seeking a stable and reliable living situation.
Management and Customer Service:
The management at is exceptionally irresponsible. They have a troubling habit of altering rent prices and parking fees without any prior notice or clear explanation. Additionally, they’ve been known to add extra charges for water bills, again without providing any details or justification. When questioned about these unexpected price hikes, the response from management is dismissive at best. They even had the audacity to suggest that residents should be grateful for not being charged even more, which is both unprofessional and disrespectful.
Price Stability:
One of the most unsettling aspects of staying here is the constant uncertainty regarding pricing. Residents are left worrying about when and how much their costs will increase next. This lack of transparency and consistency creates an environment of anxiety and frustration, which is far from ideal for anyone looking for a stable home.
Overall Experience:
Given the unprofessional behavior of the management and the erratic nature of pricing, I cannot recommend Quarrystone. The stress of dealing with constant changes and unexpected charges makes it a place where you will always be on edge. If you value stability and respect from your landlord, look elsewhere.

This is the worst place to stay. The management is irresponsible and will change the prices on the rent, parking spot, add additional water bills without any details or notice.
If you go with a query regarding the price increase the management will say you are lucky that we are not charging you more.
Worst place to stay in. You will always be in a worry when the prices will go up.

Worst place to live. Your rent monthly charge will be higher than what you signed for. They will overcharged for water bill about $120-200 a month for a 2 bedrooms of 4 people living there. The amenities are nice but don’t let that fool you. The office managers are rude and liars. They will come with incorrect charges with no explanations, if you ask they would even charge you more. The old management team were better than these new ones who are never available. Don’t even try to have a conversation with them it’s another lies after lies. They are not fair to their renters. Don’t forget you can’t have guest visits after 4pm even you park in the guest parking spot they will tow your car.

Great place to live if you're trying to cram 2 or more families into a 2 room apartment. Neither management nor corporate mind double bunking. Also if you have kids its wonderful as well because management and corporate don't mind if they run, jump, scream or are noisey 24/7 even past 3am! Doesnt matter how many people complain your kids can enjoy indoor activities like bowling, knocking over furniture, jumping up and down or anything they can think of! There's also several elevators on the property, sometimes 1, 2 or all of them are broken down but only once or twice with people in them this year. They also always come with complimenary dog piss! Really this is one of the nicest ghettos I've ever seen. Half of the apartments have been abandoned because rent has gone up over 1000 dollars in 6 years. But, Family is really respected here, there are 2 to 3 families in every rented apartment so that can help with the price. Oh! You can also pay a hundred dollars a month to have covered parking. The gate rarely works, the elevators rarely work but also there's no cameras so you can enjoy a doobi down there in the cool, shady area. So really, if you don't mind constant firealarms, loud kids, shootings in the lobby and yelling in the halls and parking lot, or police knocking at yours and everyones door to try to find a witness to previously mentioned shooting in the head in lobby, this place is perfect. But if you think 36000 a year in rent should get you a clean, safe, private, quiet place to live you might want to check elsewhere

I highly recommend you consider living elsewhere.
This building has a nice looking veneer, especially the exterior grounds and neighborhood, which are well manicured. This lures people in; but the veneer is a lie.
Let's start with the most important problem: the neighbors are, by majority, awful. In my time here, I have heard loud, raucous parties (multiple times), kids screaming up and down the hallway unsupervised (day and night) banging on doors, trash strewn on the floor of the trash room (and sometimes even the hallway), and just general misbehavior (not picking up after pets, slamming doors, barking dogs, etc). And, lest we forget, there was a literal shootout and (attempted?) murder in the lobby (Google it, it was all over the news). As far as I can tell, the building is happy to rent to literally anyone with a pulse, even willing to skirt housing regulations to do so (such as stuffing 7 people in a 2B apartment in the floor above us). If I didn't know any better, I'd think the building caters to terrible parents with an unreasonable number of unruly children, a sight you'll see often if you spend any time in the building.
And that leads me to the root problem: the management is incredibly incompetent. They seem to think that all you have to do to manage a building is play a movie or give out a cookie once a month. They have done nothing to curb any of the problems in the building, and even seem eager to rent to garbage tenants (birds of a feather and all that). They have also made some just straight up bizarre decisions, like doing a big reno of the mailroom in December before Christmas (with the end result being that it kinda looked the same as before, just different color tiles). And any time you approach them with a problem, they will happily lie to you to get you to go away.
I haven't even yet mentioned the fact that the elevators have broken down constantly (often setting off the fire alarm), the parking garage is literally crumbling right now, and is currently being propped up by temporary supports; I have had maintenance enter my apartment twice without prior notice or request (including once when we were sleeping), and numerous other infractions of varying severity.
The building and grounds look pretty on first inspection; don't fall for it. Go anywhere else.
