By far the easiest used car dealership I have ever worked with. Cris was great at responding to questions during the entire process. He kept his word about making repairs the were found during a presale inspection and even met us at a different location for drop off since we are not local. The car was completely detailed and Cris even came in early to make sure it was done properly.

A friend and I each bought a car on the same day at River Auto Sales. Excellent experience! Cris and the owner, Giovanni, were very easy to deal with when negotiating our prices and the cars were clean and detailed when we picked them up. We definitely recommend them!

I had great experience buying rav4 with river auto sales in malden. Chris was super friendly with no pressure on you. I even got the chance to make deal with his boss nice and easy going.

I was finally ready to trade in my first car and came to Rivers Auto to check out some options. I was convinced I wanted a Sedan but Cris convinced me to check out other models. He went above and beyond every step of the way by being attentive and responsive of any questions I had. I’m super happy with the service I got and my new car. I got my new Honda, with barely any mileage and great price. Cris will do whatever he can to make sure you walk out happy!

Place is trash. They said vehicle was available when I called at 5:30. Get there at 6 and they said the car was sold two hours prior. Wanted an hour of my time. Unbelievable

I wish I can give them a negative number. I don’t even know where to start. For starters, don’t ever get a car from this place. If you do end up buying a car from River auto sales, PLEASE make sure you bring it to your mechanic ASAP, even better bring him with you and have him check every corner. I bought a Honda odyssey from them and it was AWFUL. I was never notified that the vehicle was involved in a serious front end collision, I had to find out myself by looking at the car closely after I bought it, which was my fault. I took it to a mechanic after purchase but they only scanned. The air conditioner did not work and I also pointed out other flaws that I would like to be fixed. I gave the car back to them to fix the issues I mentioned to them, it came back and one problem was fixed which was the A/C. I mentioned was driver side light was not working after replacing the bulb. It was a wire issues and they did not fix it. I also mentioned the frame was bend and damaged. Long story short they sale lemons, they don’t appreciate that you’re buying a car from them with your hard working money. They just want to sale cars. Also my subframe was missing a bolt, due to striped threads. That shows you the amount of zero F’s they gave. They’ll send it to their mechanic and not fix jack. Avoid this place. I don’t do reviews, just two others but I felt like I have to warn other people about this so called auto sales. The guy that was really responsible for all this is the owner. The guy Chris was nice but the owner was just a bad dude. Would never send anyone there. I wish I had more time in my life to warn people about this place. The photo I added was the subframe missing a bolt. One picture is misaligned bolts cause by the accident. The other picture is the frame damage from the accident they failed to mention. The only option the owner gave me was, either have him send it to his mechanic ( who I don’t trust ) or cut me a check for $1,500. I took the check to end it and took it to my mechanic who I trusted more. I also ending up paying more because the bill came out to $2,645 to fix everything.

Excellent service!!! I have only good things to say about River Auto Sales! I have been a customer for over 10 years and I always recommend them to my family and friends! Their inventory is the best with high quality cars and varieties. The loan process was quick and without surprises. The owner and employees are always available and very transparent during the entire purchase!!
