I went in for my inspection sticker and failed for emissions. They told me I needed to have the issue checked, so I left my car there. Later, they called and said my muffler was cracked and had to be replaced, so I paid for the repair.
When they showed me the muffler, there was a very obvious shoe print near the crack. I even said, “I hope you didn’t step on my muffler and break it just to make it seem like it was already damaged, because that’s exactly what it looks like.” This made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned that the repair may not have been necessary in the first place.
I truly wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business and I’m shocked they are still operating.

Put the wrong sticker in my car and refused to fix
Then proceeded into blocking my exit from the store.
Very rude, disrespectful and dishonest owner stay clear!!!

Great service!! George was the nicest guy and took care of my car like it was his own. Even went out of his way to take pictures of the issue and explain what was wrong and how he fixed it. Very reasonable price and had it done quickly. Highly recommend!

I went for a vehicle inspection, but the people there were very rude, and I regret going. My car failed the inspection and got rejected because my license plate light wasn’t working. They asked for $60 to replace it. Everything is extremely expensive, and they’re basically ripping people off. I will never go there again. I wish I had read the reviews earlier—everyone mentioned the same issues.

Tried to swipe credit on pump and a guy came out saying it's full service only. When I handed him the credit card he asked cash or card. Then he said it's cash only.

DO NOT MAKE YOUR STATE SPECTION IN THIS PLACE. Seriously, he always tries to “throw some problem into your car so that it passes the state inspector.” I declined the extra service and he disapproved my car because of a SCRATCH ON THE BUMPER. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

Very unprofessional staff. I asked the owner to repair things nicely but this guy didn’t do the work in right way.One of my friends also had bad experience repairing his car here. Plz don’t go to this place and be careful with what parts are replaced.I took a chance going here and it was a rip off.

I started going here for state inspections a few years back, and now I have now decided to go for all repairs. They're honest, the type of mechanic who will tell you when something isn't needed or if there is a better/cheaper way to make a repair. If you want to do something yourself, well, they'll give you advice on what to look out for. Just down to earth and honest. I feel like part of the team when I go there.

Best customer and mechanic services I have ever received. I was informed, advised and consulted prior to any service was rendered. I was given an exact quote on the price. My car was completed within the estimated timeframe. I was even provided rides between my residence and Tiger since I only have one car. I could not be happier with the service that I received. George is the best! He is priced fairly and is reliable and trustworthy! And an all around nice guy! I drive have an old car that Ive been taking to him for 4 years. Sometimes he even will advise me not to waste my money to repair certain things that can wait or aren't necessary. He has even fixed little things for me without charging me. As a single woman who knows nothing about vehicles, it's a relief to know that I'm not being taken advantage of. The garage is busy so I know not to expect my car to be done within an hour but usually it's pretty quick turnaround time. I recommend him all the time to people that I know. Highly recommend!

Such a friendly place to be. I was riding my bicycle and my tire was flat, making me fall and cutting my knee. The mechanics and owner came up to help me and offered to fix my bike. Very friendly, if I had a car I would bring it here all the time! Definitely recommend!!Services: Tires

Honestly, the staff is amazing and very helpful. Their work is clean and thorough. I would 100% take my car there incase of future malfunctions
