Monica and Shaheed were excellent.
We were able to drop off our auto transport the first day we arrived, quickly and easily with Shaheed’s skillful service and driving ability (truck, truck+trailer, forklift) all in a matter of minutes.
The next day after emptying our truck, and it was a pleasure to be helped by Monica. She was able to smoothly handle our rental truck return. We dropped off the truck in an open spot and she handled the rest.
We would happily use these services again.

Booking my reservation online for a van was easy and the staff when checking in and checking out were very helpful.

The van I drove could use some maintenance. Was out of alignment, the AC only sometimes worked depending on where the dial was.
Also a look at the brakes.
In the store was a wonderful experience. The work was pleasant and answered all my questions. Was able to pick up and drop off same day.

I found that I needed the van longer than I anticipated. It was so easy to call the number to extend the lease. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to complete the process on the day I return the van. The service was exceptionally good.

My reservation was forwarded to the MALDEN-ROUTE 60 branch, two hours before the reservation time (from a different location). This branch/location clearly employs fraudulent practices to rip-off customers of their money.
Despite my request on issuing me a 'newer' year/model 15' truck, the one assigned to me looked 'ancient', with an almost invisible/worn-out FORD logo on the front. For the 12 miles drive, the truck used well over 4 Gallons of Fuel, however the fuel guage did not display this properly. Upon refueling some gas (to be safe, as it was tough to estimate it from the fuel guage) and returnining the van, I was charged an additional '$30 Fuel Surcharge fee', in addition to the 4 gallons of fuel used.
A newer truck would have clearly displayed the fuel used (properly calibrated), and saved me the hassle!
Extremely dissatisfied with the rental. Will NOT be returning to this store!
