“I had a great experience! We did Cabin Fever and the lore of the room was super in depth and interesting. Our escape room guide Brian was super awesome and made the whole experience fun and helped us through. 10/10 recommend! I will be back for sure.”
“I attended the Materials Research Society (MRS) international conference, which focuses on materials science. This annual conference is held at this venue. The facility includes a spacious area for large corporate exhibition booths. All floors are accessible via escalators, and there are numerous conference rooms available for presentations. December 2024.”
“This was super fun for the kids (7,9, and 10). We prepared by watching the Liberty Kids: American Revolution series on YouTube. You get assigned a colonial character, attend a rousing meeting and then throw tea crates into the harbor! Followed by some very cool history lessons - I won't give away the surprises. Great use of modern tech to share historical knowledge. The tea room is a great spot for a snack after.”
“I attended an event at Bayside Harbor View Venue and was treated incredibly well. The waitstaff is top-notch, the customer service is excellent, and the manager, Zelia Santos, was always attentive, providing outstanding service and a wonderful personality. I loved it so much that I'm planning to celebrate my birthday at Bayside. It's 100% recommended, and the food was excellent—the best of the best! Thank you for making me feel so special.”

“Rooms are a little small, but well appointed for the season traveler - lots of electric plugs not hidden behind furniture.
Staff was great. Very accommodating”
“Stayed here for my 40th birthday and it did not disappoint! We received an upgraded room, free drink tickets and a complimentary bottle of champagne. All the staff were truly wonderful. This will be the place I stay when visiting Boston from now on! Just absolutely amazing!”
“Reviewing the spa. Every detail matters, from the moment you enter the spa, the slippers you slide into, the herbal tea you drink before stepping into the steam room, to the attentive masseuse who ensures you get a unique massage experience. Worth every dollar you spend.”
“its a perfect base, especially if you are taking Amtrak / Acela. Its literally minutes walk and is in a safe neighborhood in downtown Boston. You could walk along the wharf pathway to north end or check out the markets or walk to Boston commons (all within 20 minutes). They recognize your ihg status so all is well. I watched a game at TD garden so took an Uber back - no drama. Rooms are pretty huge and they carry byredo which is nice”
“I am so grateful to have found Musicians Playground (MP)! After 25 years of doing little more than singing very loudly in the privacy of my own car, when for many years prior to that music was the majority of my identity, I rediscovered a part of myself that had been dormant, and it has brought me so much joy!
I think it’s easy as an adult to fall into routines that are mostly just productive and it can be scary to do something with the intention of just adding more joy to your life. Also, it’s really hard to meet new people as a working adult.
When I first called to find out more information about MP, a lot of things in my life had just shifted and I really needed to do something for myself. I wanted to be passionate about something other than my job (I’m a former speech pathologist and current special education team chair)! I was looking to get back into music, but I was also looking for connection. Seek and ye shall find!!
If I’m being honest, I was very nervous about the whole thing at first. It felt like a huge risk! Alyssa, the owner, assured me that MP was a community of adults enjoying music together. She sounded awfully serious though, even though I now know she’s just a highly trained musically talented goofball, and I worried. Would I be good enough? Would I fit in? Would it be worth it? Yes! Yes! And yes!
What lovely people, from every walk of life! What amazingly talented, engaging teachers! How remarkable to find a place where you can be true to yourself and have that authenticity mirrored by everyone around! What a wonderful sense of belonging! MP has increased my quality of life by leaps and bounds! Not only am I having so much fun in my private (voice with Tima, she’s unreal!) and group lessons (voice hits and piano fundamentals and band with Tima, Alyssa and Anika, literal rock stars!), I’ve had the unexpected pleasure of really loving learning new technique/skills (voice and piano) to the point that I am scheduling others that I’m gonna be starting soon (guitar).
Hey, if this chick, can sing with a band in front of an audience and have a blast doing it, then you can give MP a try! I truly cannot recommend Musicians Playground more highly!”
“Great second floor venue for small shows for crowds of up to 250ish. Complete with a full bar, small backstage area with three makeup mirrors, bright HD big screen projector for back wall of stage, stage lighting with lighting booth, audio booth. Venue also supplies chairs and small tables as needed. If you are hosting a fundraiser, or a large wedding reception, or a talent show, similar, you will love this space!”
“We drive all the way from Waltham to bring our kiddos here. I love that I can keep an eye on my toddler while she plays and explores and I breast feed my infant. The Piazza also offers a lot of community information and resources, especially for pregnancy and postpartum care. And the kids could probably care less about this but I really appreciate the whimsical and simple esthetic. It really helps me to feel calm and really enjoy the environment while meeting and connecting with other mommas!”
“Threw a very informal birthday party for my girlfriend here and the staff was accommodating and helpful to the utmost. The facilities were clean and everything went perfectly well with the bowling.”
“State Room: A Longwood Venue is a sophisticated and versatile event space ideal for weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations. The venue is beautifully designed, and the staff are professional and attentive, ensuring every detail is handled smoothly. A stylish choice for memorable and well-organized events.”

“Great sound quality, even in the back where I was sitting. However, the doors to the venue are extremely loud and the ushers weren't stopping people from entering mid-song so it was a bit distracting with them opening and closing constantly.”
“A small museum, but a great selection of turn of the century automobiles. It's in an old carriage house, so if you are into architecture, you'll appreciate it. There are some early Japanese model cars there. This place is small, but the entry fee is modest, and they offer a military discount.”
“An incredible community gathering space! I’m often meeting kind, committed, and compassionate folks whenever I stop by. They often host storytelling nights and showcase local artists!”

“This place is super cool and such a great place to hang out with family/ friends.
The staff was really nice and helpful:)
Would definitely recommend!”
“We attended this in Boston in a castle, which was a pretty cool experience. The Moonwalkers was fantastic. I loved everything - the story, the technology, the graphics, pictures, venue! They did a really good job telling the story with the history. I loved the imagery and really felt like we were on a rocket and walking on the moon!”
“Great venue! Restaurant is attached, the blackend salmon was good. next.
The acoustics vary, up close is better, and there are side bars so on the side is convenient.
Good views from almost everywhere in the hall.”
“I discovered this pottery studio back in February and have completed two class series so far—one beginner and one intermediate. Both instructors were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I’ve learned so much and absolutely love this studio! I’ll definitely be back for more classes in the future.”
“We recently had our daughters 4th birthday party here and I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. It's a hidden gem, very clean and well maintained. Also very spacious. All play toys and equipments work and are in perfect condition. The venue is quite beautiful too - gorgeous ceilings! The owner Brian is very responsive and accommodating and also the onsite staff is very warm and helpful. All the kids loved it there, we will definitely be going back for open play soon.”
“The location - amazing. Loved the common area with plentiful water, snacks, fridge. Our room with ensuite was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. Also loved how we were able to store our luggage the day we checked out. Breakfast was yummy (thank you for accommodating my diet requests!) The value of our money felt well spent here. 10/10 would recommend to others and come back again!”

“Many community events are here. My favorite is "Vòng Tay Cha Mẹ Việt," which celebrates New Year 2024 for Vietnamese parents with disabled children. It showcases many talented kids and is fun and the best."”
“I have been to multiple events here including a wedding and a fundraising concert with multiple bands. Everything was stellar and the staff is exquisite. I highly recommend this venue for whatever you are planning!”

“Everything at The Liberty was exceptional. Very friendly and efficient concierge, everything was very clean, the rooms and bedding are elegant and thoughtful, and the food was absolutely stellar. “I stayed here for 9 nights when I moved to Boston. The location is unbeatable. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is a bit pricy but worth it, especially on the days one specific chef is manning the omelette bar. And the bar is fabulous. I might have to come back just for the mango picante. Also: so pet friendly? Like no hassle, and clean but also so homely. I loved my stay here.”

“Stayed at this hotel due to a unforseen circumstance during traveling. I could not have asked for a better hotel stay after that horrible travel day! Comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Great bathroom and in-suite kitchen.
I would absolutely come and stay again. The staff was also very nice in helping me figure out how to use the shuttle to get back to the airport the next morning.
Breakfast was also amazing.
Overall great!”
“I had my son’s high school graduation here on a Sunday early afternoon! It was a hit! For such a stressful time and season Julie pulled all of the pieces together for me so I could focus on this time of celebration! On arrival Julie had everything set up exactly the way we confirmed months prior! The food was plenty for everyone 70+ people (definitely get the Nacho Bar)! The graduates loved the cornhole, Jenga and I brought a couple of games as well! We had such a great memorable time and it was worth everything to have Julie put everything together, keep everyone safe with monitored food and beverages and spend time dancing, games and celebrating a momentous moment!! Definitely book your next grad party here!”
