Everytime I try to get same day delivery for my medication, it never happens. I paid for same day delivery today and “they didn’t get the paperwork” so supposedly they will come by uber tomorrow. I have pneumonia. I need my meds. This is the third time I’ve tried over the past several months to get delivery and it hasn’t worked correctly. Once they delivered it to the wrong house and I had to wait another day for my meds. Awful service.

Walgreens is my go-to pharmacy. From prescriptions to photos, soap and shampoo to holiday decor they always have what I need.

Maybe they could instruct the employees to get off their phones and help the customers waiting in line. Walgreen’s service has declined steadily for years.

I had a vaccine appointment at this store. I don’t have any issue with long waiting time or busy staffs or tons of questions at counter, also thanks for all the staffs who tried to help me. But they really have a difficult pharmacy manager? She (I didn’t expect girls is not helping girls) refused to give me my second dose of vaccine due to so called “CDC guidelines”. But I really need this vaccine, so I had to go to another Walgreens pharmacy and got my second dose vaccine there without any problem.It’s really hurt me that she did not want to help, but only wanted to make people’s life harder.

This pharmacy is ridiculously slow. There have been several people working in back standing around or walking by while 1-2 people help customers at the counter. The staff take FOREVER and walk away without telling you why. No apologies for the wait or even a 'thank you' at the end. Last week, I waited 40 mins to get a COVID shot when I had an appointment, 30 of which was in line to check in with only ONE person ahead of me. Today, I had to go back because I was told my COVID/Flu proof of vax would come via email. When I called they said they don't do that and I had to come in for paper proof. I was again second in line and waited over 20min to be helped. There were 11 people behind me by the time I left. I cannot imagine how long they will be there.

I wish I got his name. Last Thursday 8/7 my son and I went to pick up some pictures we had ordered the night before. He wanted them for something at school and I figured we would grab them on the way. Unfortunately, no one was working the photo sotsfion the night before so the pictures weren't done. The man working at the front pulled up our order and did it right then and there for us. I didn't get his name, but my son did ask him what happened to his arm as it was wrapped in gauze. The man said he had burned himself. I am sure there aren't too many employees there with a bandage like that. Thank you for being so kind and making my son's day. He happily went to school with his pictures.

Had a horrible customer service experience with a pharmacist here not too long ago. The store manager, however, was lovely and listened to my concerns even with another customer waiting.On a more recent visit (Sunday evening after dark....maybe around 9:30 or 10:00), the parking lot was filthy, and there was a discarded chicken bone in front of the entrance.Overall, the vibe is a bit sketchy, and the 24-hour pharmacy can't compensate for a depressing experience.
