What the eff is going on at this pharmacy. Why make online appointments when you have to redo all the paperwork when you get there? Why make an appointment when you have to sit and wait 45 mins for it. Ridiculous, will not be returning, there are many other options available.

This pharmacy is ridiculously slow. There have been several people working in back standing around or walking by while 1-2 people help customers at the counter. The staff take FOREVER and walk away without telling you why. No apologies for the wait or even a 'thank you' at the end. Last week, I waited 40 mins to get a COVID shot when I had an appointment, 30 of which was in line to check in with only ONE person ahead of me. Today, I had to go back because I was told my COVID/Flu proof of vax would come via email. When I called they said they don't do that and I had to come in for paper proof. I was again second in line and waited over 20min to be helped. There were 11 people behind me by the time I left. I cannot imagine how long they will be there.

I wish I got his name. Last Thursday 8/7 my son and I went to pick up some pictures we had ordered the night before. He wanted them for something at school and I figured we would grab them on the way. Unfortunately, no one was working the photo sotsfion the night before so the pictures weren't done. The man working at the front pulled up our order and did it right then and there for us. I didn't get his name, but my son did ask him what happened to his arm as it was wrapped in gauze. The man said he had burned himself. I am sure there aren't too many employees there with a bandage like that. Thank you for being so kind and making my son's day. He happily went to school with his pictures.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I used to love Walgreens, but now it's unfortunately garbage, especially this location. There have been issues with my prescription SEVERAL times. Usually I let it go. Today, I will not. I placed a MOBILE order for Walgreens, since I needed a few items and needed to pick up a prescription that was ready. When I was checking out, the app suggested I pre-pay and bundle my mobile order AND prescriptions. I delightfully accepted since I thought It would be an easy in and out. Boy was I wrong. My mobile order was ready, and was labeled bag "2 of 2." The cashier only handed me 1 bag and couldn't find the other. The other associate said I could just pick it up at the pharmacy since it was ready and ALREADY PAID FOR. I was like, seriously? (Mind you there is a sign that's handwritten that specially states that associates need to double check orders and give out ALL items at the same time with a :) at the end.) So I make my way to the pharmacy and hear the pharmacist bickering to another guest that they were too close to the counter and it was a COVID violation.. mind you he was a good foot away from the counter and she was behind the pill counting counter. He moves away and sits down. She attends to me next and boy what a shit show it was. I show her my phone with my mobile order confirmation number and total price charged. She asks my last name and picks up my prescription. She says "it's marked as sold!" And I'm like yeah... I pre-paid and just need to collect the prescription. She doesn't want to hand it over and "checks" another computer which labeled my prescription as "ready". So she starts going back and forth with me about my mobile order. The pm mod comes over and tried to help her out. She looked at my order bag number and prescription bag numbers... the prescription is marked "1 of 2" . I tried to explain that that's part of my mobile order and that I prepaid already. * shows app, text, and email confirmations that everything is paid for.* Says " I need to contact my manager- starts texting away. Manager apparently says to rescan prescriptions. The pharmacist then said look take 5 today and I'll mail you the rest" and I refused since I CLEARLY PAID FOR IT. We go back and forth all the while the manager keeps texting and finally says that I have to be charged full price and they will figure it out tomorrow " I said you're kidding right? , and she said no. So there I am paying ANOTHER $67 for a prescription that I already paid for. I asked about a refund and the mod said that's not how this works. So I asked for the pharmacy and store manager. They gave me his information begrudgingly. The pharmacist yelled his name while she was retrieving my prescription and the manager tried to stall and not tell me his name. Sorry y'all aren't on the same page. Absolutely horrible customer service and I wasted 30 min of my time dealing with this bs. Transferring all of my remaining refills to another Walgreens, then placing new and future prescriptions at CVS .

Saw a girl at photos showing someone's personal pics to her coworker. "Hey! Look at this"and laughing about whatever they saw. I don't feel comfortable getting my pictures developed here :/ keep the Indian lady off the register , she's rude asf. Why are you putting restrictions on the amount of certain items on sale purchased by a customer. Save your time and go to somewhere else.

Just bad pharmacy service. Promise Rx to be ready, and they haven't even started. That's ok, but the shoulder shrug attitude that it didn't matter was not.

I took my toddler to get her Covid booster. The pharmacist was great. We had to wait a few minutes after our appointment time, but the vaccine process itself was super quick. They also have a section off to the side with several chairs to wait and the vaccine area is a total separate room which I think helped my kid. The red bandaids they were a hit. Bonus points for the selection of candy and toys that I used as a bribe/reward. I'm grateful that Walgreens vaccinates 3 and up!

It's always open which is helpful if you want something after stop and shop closes with paying for delivery. I also get my packages sent here after they kept getting stolen. It's worth the peace of mind, to know if I can't grab something right away it's not going to grow legs. It's not cheap but it's convenient.
