“This post is in response to Rahina Dean's post. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Harbro Auto. It's a great place to purchase a vehicle and have your vehicle serviced. I know the lobby is not that big and the sitting area in the lobby is mostly used for customers waiting for their vehicle to get done in the service department. If you went into Harbro and just sat down in the chairs in the lobby, you may have been mistaken for a service customer waiting for their car. Typically when customers come in for the sales department they go to the front desk and check in, so that the sales department knows there is a customer waiting to be helped. I would recomend you give Harbro a second chance, but this time check in with the front desk. This will insure your not mistaken as a service customer.”

“Brought my truck in for some brakes found out I needed a lot more than that. I was a bit scared to get it all done but I haven’t had much done on my truck in many years so I went ahead and got it done. When I got my truck back it felt like a whole different vehicle, and drove like it did when I first got it. I would recommend this shop to anyone. They would always call if anything else was needed and never gave me any surprise charges. I wouldn’t want to bring my truck anywhere else. They will even contact you a few weeks after your repairs to make sure everything is still working smoothly.”

“Incredibly grateful for Carlo and everybody at Millbury Auto! Today was third time I’ve had to bring my car in and the for the 3rd time they exceeded all my expectations. Carlo is always honest and upfront about what needs to be repaired and extremely fair with pricing. My starter died this morning, I had my car towed there this afternoon & had no expectations for it to be finished today but Carlo worked until past 7pm, I was able to pick my car up this evening and now I won’t have to miss another day of work tomorrow! “Chris, Amber any my technician were great! It only took an hour and a half. When I had booked the appointment I was told it would have been in there all day. But I just got an email right after this one that when they inspected my car they found an issue with my differential fluid exchange? And they never told me that when I was there. And I just had the 50,000 mi maintenance so there should be nothing and no issue.”

“I have owned and operated an automotive repair shop only two miles down the road from Street Car Solutions since 2018 but just managed to actually do business with these guys at their shop last week and introduce myself/ talk to Chris and Jess. First impression is everything and this place is really a beautiful shop from the office to the bays really really nice place. Wish i would have met Chris sooner and chatted we know a lot of mutual people and im newer to this business and he has lots of experience and it was great getting advice, talking about business etc. with him and Jess. I highly recommend this place they are great with electrical, diagnostics, and a lot of the more difficult work that shops do not want to complete these days. “Bonnette's is the best auto repair place I have ever been to. Today (Saturday) as I was driving to work my battery light came on. Indicating my alternator was probably failing. I was supposed to pick up my two small granddaughters from a babysitter after work. I called them and they said bring it right in and we will check it. Upon getting there they told me they may not be able to do it today because they close at noon. A few minutes later a gentleman from the garage came in and quoted me a very fair price and said it would be done by noon. They have earned my business for the future. Very nice, friendly and fair. THANK YOU BONNETTE'S! Done correctly, on time and in budget of quote. Very pleased!”
