The store in Manchester by the sea is welcoming. The lady at the register is kind and helpful, made shopping around much better. The pieces in the store are very unique and vintage, with an amazing selection of high end items and reasonable prices. The manager knows fabrics, styles and designers, and is welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. A wide variety of both trendy and sophisticated styles is maintained in the best condition, displayed in an attractive, user friendly manner. Service is excellent and clearly customer centric, with thoughtful delivery and prices that vary but are not necessarily prohibitive. You love the quality fashion and recommend a visit.

Madam Had’em is an awesome spot to shop for unique pieces. I recently purchased a bag there and couldn’t be happier with the service provided by the friendly and knowledgeable staff! If you are in MA this is the place to go, I also found out that they ship!
