2 and a half weeks to fix a slight scratch and indentation on my bumper. Was told multiple times by Traci that the vehicle would be ready 24 hours after paint, but it took another week after the part was painted. Was told it would be detailed which is a complete joke. Interior is dirtier than when I dropped it off, and just found a bolt sitting in my trunk that was never there before. New sonar sensors in the back are misaligned with gaps between them and the bumper, and there are rocks and debris left in the areas they did their work. New bumper already has swirls all over. If these were the results after a few days or so it would be understandable, but after 2 weeks this is absolutely insane. Ist photo is the damage that took over 2 weeks to fix. Others are results. Thoroughly disappointed I will have to bring this to another shop to clean and fix what was done completely wrong.

We took our daughter's car here after a small accident. She said they kept her informed throughout the repair process so she never had to call them to see what was going on. We are very satisfied with the experience and will use them in the future.

I paid to have my car washed, windows cleaned on the inside and out and vacuumed and wiped down inside. The back cup holders still had dog hairs inside of it. The cup holders in front were dirty. The windows were washed with a rag that had wax on it and were smeared when I put on my wipers. After driving in a heavy rain I felt like rainex was used on the windows because the drops were just beading up. I had to go around the outside and wipe it down because so much pollen was left after the wash. I have not been happy before when using this car wash but this was the worst it has ever been. You should go back to making an appointment and having people wait - my car was cleaned so much better then. This was really disappointing. Had to bring it home to finish the cleaning.

Been to the detail area a few times now. The price is great and they do a great job. Manager at the front counter is incredibly friendly and sociable.

The honesty & authenticity from the workers at Auto Body Pro’s is simply unmatched, which is why they are the ONLY place I bring any of my vehicles to! If I wasn’t so bad with names (lol), I would specifically mention the man who is always behind the counter. He truly cares about the customers! He not only made me aware of an open recall, but printed out all the information associated with it and didn’t charge me for my vehicle’s inspection. You will not get service like this anywhere else!

Very professional, Dawn Foley is very knowledgeable and understanding, and makes you feel comfortable in the process, Takes care of everything including rental if you need. Always clean and organized. Parking is plentiful. They run a great business 👏 👌 👍

Awful experience, if a guy named John says trust me I’ll take care of it, don’t trust him. I was rear ended they took a while but completed the repair. When I got the car back I noticed with in 2 mins of leaving parking lot I could not control the 2 passenger side windows from driver controls. Took the car right back. I am very positive this was all working when I gave them the car. Went back and John said it’s probably a switch. John said trust him and he would take care of it after the holidays. Went after the holidays and he said he wanted to talk to insurance company first. I explained to him this was working when I left the car so not sure if it needs to go through insurance. He said he still wanted to see if they will pay for repair. Got a call saying parts would be ordered and I would leave the car there on 1/24. Dropped off car at 8AM, Lol they did not order any parts, John said he would order parts once he diagnosed issue, it was obvious he did not want to fix this for me as he could not get insurance to pay for it. He said he would take care of it. Never got a call back, called shortly before they closed and John said he had look at it and diagnosed the problem to be the switch and would have to order parts. At this point it’s been over a month and no attempt at fixing anything. I really don’t want to deal with these guys at this point. I’ll file complaint with insurance company and see if they can do anything.

Friendly. So helpful. More than fair.
I stopped to inquire if there was something I could do myself to remove nail polish from the side of my car. An active random vandalism. John, the general manager, took his time to look at the damage and fixed it immediately. No questions asked no expectations . I’ll come here anytime I have damage in the future.

Highest praise! It's hard to know who to trust for car repairs, but speaking from experience I say these are people you can trust to take care of you, and get the work done right. The passenger door on my Genesis was dented and scratched, but you'd never know after their great work.
The kindness of the girls in the office and the fantastic repair by the guys in the shop was unparalleled. They repaired what they could, replaced what they had to, and color-matched the paint superbly. All that plus the detailing left me with a Genesis looking like it had just come from the factory. I'm so impressed, and appreciative. Five well-deserved stars. I hope I never have to have work done on the car again, but if I do I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle to the Pros!
