Big shout out to David who helped my wife and I update our account today! He was friendly, personable, professional and efficient! He really made what can sometimes be a hassle (going to the bank in general) an enjoyable experience! Keep up the great work!

Very friendly, helpful and fast staff. Building was very clean and well kept. Getting to the parking lot can be a little tricky if youre turning left off chauncy.

I don’t why this location is even open? Last time I came for a cashiers check in took 30 mins only to find out the machine was broke. Today I came in for a cashiers check and it took over 30 mins and 3 people. No one is in here and there’s 5 employees

A great team of professionals. I’ve been a customer since 2004 and BoA has always taken care of me. In addition to the great customer service, I know my assets are safe because of the level of security and protection BoA offers.

I have seen several reviews listed on this and other sites that have been less than flattering to staff at the Mansfield Bank of America location. Perhaps customers have not had the opportunity to know the staff as well as I have over the many years I have lived here. My experiences with staff have been excellent, personally and professionally. I have been able to conduct my business with the advice and support of this staff on-going. Any rare issues that have come up have been resolved quickly. I sincerely hope the Bank will be fully opened for business very soon.

The Bank of America branch in Mansfield has the rudest, nastiest people working there that I have ever encountered. I brought my 94 year old sister in for the simple task of transferring money from her savings account to her checking account. We were suitably masked due to the Covid-19 epidemic. After much arguing about enough I.D. (she had two forms-her license and a credit card) we were told that process could not take place because she did not have enough I.D. We left to obtain additional I.D. from her home and upon our return, the door to the bank was rudely slammed in our face and we were informed "the bank is closed" at 1:15 on a Tuesday with several other people entering. I am going tomorrow to transfer my sisters accounts to TD Bank and would never set foot in this Bank of America Branch again. Lovely way to treat your customers.

This branch has treated me very well. I had an experience that I won't even begin to explain here because it's insane, and no one would believe it. The Bank immediately sat with me and my sister, fixed the financial part of the situation, and then called me to follow up on my welfare. For that, I will not change banks. They took care of me at my very lowest. I'm grateful.

Horrible bank to do business with. The tellers are extremely rude, especially the red head. She should look for another job if this one makes her so miserable.

Consistently rude and unhelpful tellers. Was told I needed to roll change to deposit it (no problem) then wouldn't accept my rolled change. Is this not a bank? Unbelievable.

Made online appointment for noon as I had to use my lunch break . The Customer Service person was not available and I was told “ it will be a while even though you made appointment. They don't know our availability†. The on line appointment should not be offered then at this particular beach. I made other on line appointments and never had issues till now. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Worst branch ever. Will close account as soon as I can because of this branch!

Horrible Customer Service - Mansfield branch associate is a liar! Saturday, August 3rd I entered the Mansfield branch to speak with one of the employees who sit in the office area (not a teller). I spoke with a man, I do not recall his name. I asked him if I could order checks for my HELOC as I have a large construction project commencing on my home and would prefer to have separate checks for this project. He assured me it was no problem. I sat in his office, while he was on the telephone. After a bit of time, he hung up and assured me the checks have been ordered and that it could take a week or so to receive in the mail. Well, I never received the checks. Today, I called BofA Customer Service and was informed that no checks were ordered. The customer service rep told me the only way this branch employee could have ordered checks is he would have had had to hand the telephone over to me so that I could answer a series of security questions. So essentially, the branch employee lied. He never ordered the checks. Nice. It is no mystery why people dislike BofA. My only question is why do I remain a customer?
