Do not do business with Best Buy. Corporate has the worst service. Do not make the mistake. They will make you suffer. I bought a GE laundry dryer from Best buy and bought the total tech support which gives us a 2 year warranty Shortly after U bought it I realized that it was not drying well and the clothes remain wet. A technician came and said that he fixed it, only to find out that the problem still exists. I called and they came back. and they said they need a part. Then they came and change the part. few months later I called with the same problem. Best Buy scheduled an appointment and never showed up. Technician name was Antonio. I called again about 2 months ago. They insisted that I have to pay for the service call although nobody told me when I signed up for total tech that I have to pay. Then the technician came here. He tried to fix it and told us to try it on manual and put it on 60 minutes or more. We did that and still the cloths are coming out damp. We called him and he came back and ordered parts. He changed the parts. Then we realized that the dryer is still not drying. I called the technician many times and texted him, no answer. I then called corporate. they set up another appointment. I waited at home on Saturday all day, nobody shows up or called. I called the technician but he didn't answer him. His name is Marlon. I called corporate and explained all the inconvenience. They said they can not do anything about it. When I asked why the technician did not show up or call, they said because the part did not arrive. I then asked why would you set an appointment and send me multiple messages that I need to stay home for it when the part did not arrive, they had no answer. They said they need to set up another appointment. My consumer rights have been violated many times. The lemon law does not seem to apply to Best Buy. Best Buy is having no regard to consumer time being intentionally wasted. Best Buy intentionally set up many appointments and not showed up. so far Best Buy visited my house over 8 times and still refuse to admit that they are breaking the lemon law

I should've learned my lesson from my previous experience with this store . The customer service in this store is terrible asked for help with tvs and 15 minutes later someone comes over and help the people that came after us . And today just looked for a simple process from a purchase in a different Best Buy the manager was rude brushed me off to customer service saying he couldn't do what we needed! Which was a LIE !! We went back to a really good BB in Attleboro and problem was solved in 5 minutes!

I want to give a shout out to the employees here as well as the geek squad. Austin is very knowledgeable and professional, helped me a lot as a layperson trying to build a PC. When I came in to do some diagnostics and pick up some extra stuff, he was a huge help. Jared from the Geeksquad gave me a call to sort some stuff out with the new PC and was courteous and explained everything so well despite the fact that they are slammed with customers like me trying to build a computer on their own haha. The employees here deserve a big pat on the back.

Shark tank. So much sales pressure we left after being shown only the most expensive laptops and insistence that we needed the additional geek squad plan. There is definitely some sort of commission or motivating factor for these sales associates to act this way. Drove 20 minutes north to another best buy and purchased item. Buyer beware.

Went for a Geek Squad appointment to repair an iPhone. Didn’t have the parts. They would keep the phone if they had to order the parts. Went to Apple Store and had it fixed. The staff was pleasant about it but it was a wasted trip. I even called before I made the trip but no one could answer if they had the parts, they didn’t even see the appointment but we had an email from BestBuy confirming it.

I am so upset at the quality of best buy as a whole.These locations used to be the best place to go for tech and tech related questions.I recently needed a MiniB USB cable and I had to explain to 2 different employees what that was and then immediately get told that it is 'outdated technology' which will not be stocked at a Best Buy. I was then told that a store over an hour away MIGHT have one in stock.I understand they are not the most common cable, but having to explain what I am looking for takes more time than just looking.There is also no checkout, you need to wait in the customer service line to checkout, which took 10+ minutes because their customer service is also their GEEK desk.

Probably the smallest best buy I've ever been too. If you're coming to browse, go to the next town over cause this store's catalogue is quite small. If you're coming with a list, I hope you called ahead of time, because there's a good chance they don't have what you're looking for.Staff is really nice though.

I dont know where to begin with this store and best buy as a whole. I was denied returning a TV mount 17 days after purchase. I went into the store today and was told there is a strict 15 day return policy. I was unable to return my item sooner as I tested positive for Covid on September 1st and was ordered to self isolate for 10 days due to CDC guidelines.The associate in the store said the online chat support employees may be more forgiving but this was not the case. I tried to call the Mansfield store later that night to speak with a manager to see if I could get an exception for the 15 day rule. I was routed to an overseas helpline who gave me the run around and could not help me.I bought a $31 TV mount with a best buy gift card. All I was asking for was store credit to exchange the item for something else. The box was completely unopen.I am glad I found out about this strict return policy and poor costumer service experience before buying a larger item like an appliance. I am new home owner and it would of been a nightmare to try and return a large appliance if there were to be anything wrong with it.

My go to spot for all things technology. Only ever had one slightly less than optimal experience when a sales associate never arrived to assist with my request for Apple accessories. However on a separate occasion a sales associate went above and beyond with their knowledge and assistance for purchasing a PS5 system, games, and accessories for my son’s birthday.

I am the problem. When want help, I can't find it when I need it. Then I complain when too many associates ask if I need help.So I was getting more than I needed, but I should not complain about that!No one else should either. ?

Steer clear of this best buy. Manager has a superiority complex- Would not shock me if he was the guy in the other review accusing someone of stealing. Not only did he pretty much ignore me after I wouldnt accept his promotional membership sales pitch, but then denied my legitimate price match; puffing out his chest like he was a big deal- Ill drive the extra 15 min to Target then deal with these clowns again.Update- went to another BB- had zero issues. Clearly the problem was the “big man attitude” at this location. Avoid this place if you can

Best Buy is top notch for information on making purchase. They educated their employees very well on the items within the store. I have often gone to them, go get information, even if I do not make the purchase from them. Thanks for the help today Jarod from Best Buy®!!
