Not having a Teller is why I will be leaving this bank . Worst experience talking to a machine let alone only 1 machine for people waiting . There was 4 people when I got there. I feel bad for the staff being told not to have a teller

I have never had a bad experience with the staff at this branch of Citizens Bank. They are always helpful, have superb customer service skills, and go above and beyond any time there is a problem.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Treza. I have been helping a relative with banking because of the pandemic and Treza, who is always happy to help and genuinely friendly, suggested getting set up with the online banking app. It is so easy and convenient, especially now with the pandemic and trying to keep everyone safe. Thank you Treza for all your hard work!

After coming to this location a few times I will never return. They have a female bank teller who looks like she should be on Jersey shore and she is the utmost rude and ignorant person I’ve ever met. She has been rude to me every time and likes to roll her eyes at me. I’m not sure if she hates her life or her job but don’t take it out on loyal customers!

Horrible. I presented a Citizens Bank cashier's check to the teller to cash it, and a person named Matt Catalano refused to pay me the funds AFTER I had indorsed it and put my fingerprint on the face of the check, apparently because when I was asked where I did my banking I replied that it was none of his business, and my saying so was unilaterally interpreted by him as "abusive" and my giving him "attitude." Just so everyone knows, a cashiers check is an "unconditional order to the bank on which the check is drawn to pay the named payee pursuant to Mass General Laws (MGL c. 106), and is only subject to the payee providing sufficient Identification to the bank (I presented a Massachusetts Driver's License), no fees, so additional information - unconditional. Also please note that since the bank's own Cashier's Check is an "unconditional order to pay," requiring anything other than my identification is, in my view, unlawful. Just to put this in context, after I indorsed the check, if it was lost or stolen I would have no recourse and it would be like cash to anyone else who found it. I am a disabled veteran and this is how Mr. Catalano treats me. I did not choose to be Citizens Bank's customer, the person who sent me the cashier's check did, and I'm sure that person paid a fee to obtain the check. In banking parlance, when you present a check drawn on the bank BY the bank it is dishonored. In this case, I believe it was unlawfully dishonored. So now I'm now doing this Mr. Catalano's way, as I told him I would, that is, by posting this information here, and filing complaints against him and Citizens Bank with the Division of Banks and with the Massachusetts Secretary of State's Office of Consumer Affairs.

Branch inside Stop and Shop so it can get busy and it's not a full service location but for what it is it's great. Plus it's convenient.
