5/5 all day everyday with those guys at Geek Squad. Especially Jared. Jared always goes above and beyond. I recently came to Best buy, unknowingly about to make a mistake purchasing an external storage to improve PC performance and he took the time to explain and recommend me a NVMe storage and SOOO glad he did. Guys like Jared are the reason why I never buy my electronics on Amazon but always Best Buy.

Today my SO and I were helped by Jared mostly and Guy after he finished with his customer. They were both incredible and although I'll have to visit again next week to get my affairs in order so we may continue the task before us, I feel incredibly comfortable knowing they will be assisting /leading the way. So glad it was suggested by Tori that we speak with them instead of guessing what avenue we should follow to solve our issues. Highly recommend the Mansfield store. Everyone that works there was so nice from greeting you at the door to everyone who saw us walking around asking if they could help. Absolutely amazing service. Well done Mansfield employees 👏👏

Unfortunately, had to use them for a computer virus...actually, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable . Fixed my issues.

Called to have my PlayStation 4 fixed. They don't service them at this location, but they immediately pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed. Very helpful!

Brought in a MSI laptop that wouldn't turn on, power light would turn on briefly and then immediately turn off. Googled the problem, issue might have been related to a small power discharge in the laptop when a usb was plugged in. Brought in the laptop to geek squad to see if they could fix the problem as I'm not tech savvy enough to take care of the problem myself, I informed them of what I found online and hoped they could fix it. After a week and $100 they informed me that they could not fix the laptop as the motherboard was fried and given that MSI was not a brand covered under their coverage plan I would need to contact MSI directly. Instead I brought the laptop to a friend of mine and they fixed the laptop within a few hours as they actually listened to the issue and what I found on Google. The best part though was that they didn't actually cut the factory seal sticker that you need to cut in order to open up the laptop, so I effectively paid them $100 dollars to press the power button a couple times to verify it wouldn't turn on.
