I love Higher Ground Fitness! When I moved back to the area after living in Southern California where I first tried Lagree, I was so excited to find Higher Ground/Lagree Method near me. Each workout is low impact and is different and hits muscles differently so you can work out several days in a row. Thanks to Higher Ground I love working out again, I look forward to coming to each workout and feel great after and overall feel healthy and fit. It takes consistency but once you try it and stay consistent you will love it and see results.

Jen is AMAZING. With underlying health issues I was unsure if I could handle a class or that it would benefit me. Jen reassured me and talked me through the whole process still while getting an incredible workout. Her knowledge and care were top notch and the workout had me shaking at every minute mark. I'd highly recommend HGF for people who need low impact but still want a good sweat session.

Great fitness studio. A full body workout unlike any other. The instructors and owner are all great. Been going since they opened 2 years ago and each class still feels different.

I can’t tell you how much I love higher ground. The workouts are always different keeping every class fresh and fun. Combining strength training, cardio and stretching, you have the best of every world! The music sets the mood and the instructors make the class fun and challenging! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The intro classes a super informative and set you up with all the information you need to take a full Lagree class. You leave every class feeling stronger and always with a smile on your face!
