Went for the 1st time for an inspection. They took me right away and it was done in less than 10 minutes. The lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming! If you’re in the area go to Jim’s !! I know I’ll be back!

I had a metallic rubbing sound in the driver's side rear. It wasn't consistent but worrisome. Brought my car to Jim's Auto in Mansfield Ma. The brakes were inspected as well as the suspension. All was fine. Rust was detected on a rotor and a back plate. It was removed and problem solved. I can t recommend them enough!!

I moved to the Norton area a few years back. Come inspection sticker time for my vehicle, I always traveled back to my old area to go to a service station I knew and trusted. Monday I decided to look into a service station more local and found Jim's auto service in Mansfield. I read the reviews and everyone spoke highly of Jim's that is now being run by his daughter Patti. I pulled up Monday morning for an inspection sticker. Patti was the first one to show up to work and I found her very friendly. They took me right in for an inspection sticker and Patti came out and told me that my rear brakes needed to be replaced an offered to bring me into the shop and show me worn parts. I was able to make an appointment for 1:00 the same day and came back for the appointment. Jim's replaced my brakes in short time and I was on my way. While I was waiting and having my car worked on I spoke with some other customers who all had nothing but good things to say about Jim's Auto Service. I'm glad I was able to make this find. Excellent, fairly priced service. My work truck recently needed extensive brake repair and they did a great job, while trying to keep the cost reasonable. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

I usually don't so this but shout out to Jim's Auto Service on Elm Street in Mansfield!!! A few weeks ago this garage was recommended to me and I finally got the work done on my car. Those are the most PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE and NICEST people I've ever met!!! Hands down BEST experience ever!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could, HIGHLY recommend going there!
