Mansfield Ace Hardware is a compact hardware store with all the essentials. The location is very convenient to surrounding towns. Staff are extremely smart, friendly, and kind. One customer noted the professional who assisted was extremely patient and polite, helping find a high quality flat white exterior paint. Another customer had a very good experience, with a staff member not only telling them where wiper fluid was, but bringing them to the aisle. The store offers a great selection on Ben Moore paints and supplies. Even if they don’t have an item, staff will order it and get it there very quickly. The customer service is exceptional; one staff member used his own truck to deliver patio chairs to a customer’s home eight minutes away because they didn’t fit. This act of kindness made a customer’s day. Mansfield Ace Hardware provides a much better experience than going to Home Depot.
