I visited this location last evening not knowing exactly what I needed for my project and the employee there whose name is Karma, went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed even giving me a tutorial of how the product worked. I could not have hoped for a better customer experience. Thank you!

Michaels is more of a word of mouth craft store that is a worth a rotation if you're looking for something crafty or you're just in the area.
Perhaps less well known than Joann Fabrics, it has more exclusively creative arts range and niche products. The Mansfield location is a superior location (Mansfield Crossing) in range of other rare quality shops like Marathon Sports and Hilliard's Chocolate. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Super friendly staff I didn’t get her name but the woman on the register today around 5pm ish (brown hair and glasses) was awesome!! Helped my mom and I out a ton informing us about coupons we could use. Will definitely be back!!

Michaels not only gave me the foundation to create, but also a way to express my creative uniqueness. Bonus. The clearance for holiday stuff is unparalleled. Also they have something for everyone from fingerprint artwork for the little ones to metal stamps, DIY jewelry and also high-end make your own Advent calendars.
Anything you need or want to decorate your home or yard? Or even your mini home? Lol I found anything and everything I could ever dream of at this Michael's. I can't wait till I go there. Next time to grab my DIY dreamcatcher kit.

This Michael's has the dirtiest bathroom I've ever been in. The floor looks like it hasn't been washed in months - dirt in all corners and grout. Disgusting.
