I have been going to this bank for over 20 years. This bank makes you feel like family. I love that the tellers great me by my name. One of the tellers named Maureen would drop some treats in the tube at the drive up window when I had my children with me.

in The beginning when I joined North Easton Savings Bank in 2021, it was ok. I had no other choice. Now in the bast six months they have 'messed' with the bank statements. They keep changing things and I can't download my statements. My checking, I can only get page one. When I call they offer to email my statement. The first time I had to go thru multiple steps to get it. This last time I refused and told them to mail it. now They say you can't print without an interface. I have the latest Safari and still can't print one even download my statement. Also in order to speak to someone at our local bank, you have to call the main number to speak to someone in my local bank to make an appointment to see them. This Bank is not user friendly. I hate to change banks now because it is such a hassle to change everything, but I guess I'll have to.

Bad customer service, but management. They wouldn't allow me to withdraw money without giving them information on what I do for work and what I want the money for my. I am not putting money in this Bank anymore

Well what can I say about my bank because that's the thing I go to the customer service is excellent and very professional about how they deal with their customers they're warm and friendly and they are always willing to solve a problem

The customer service at this branch has gone downhill. I called to speak with a manager about an issue with my balance and was told I'd get a call back same day. I waited all day and called back. The same girl I spoke to told me the manager wasn't working that day. When I called her on it she sighed put me on hold and got the manager. After all of that the problem was not resolved.

I went to north Easton bank for a heat loan they kept asking for a bunch of stuff and my credit score is 790 but they kept asking for stuff and it took over 11 days and I still got declined then I went to a different bank and got the loan in 1 day.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen from a bank. Every business seems to be doing their part during these trying times, except North Eastern. Customer service was so rude and passed me off to a beach 3 times knowing there were no branches open. The point of the customer service line is to provide customer service. All I needed to do was cancel a payment, shouldn't that be a task the only customer service agent available should be able to handle?! And after his failed attempts to connect me to a branch he knew wasn't open he decides he can assist me then tells me I need to wait for a letter to cancel. Then a $35 fee to cancel the payment, this is absolutely ridiculous, especially when it takes them so long to send a payment to begin with. They won't see another dime of my money.

Dont use this bank. They used to be good before they merged with Mutual. They are flooded with hidden fees.

I love this bank, everyone is super friendly and know you by name. my only issue is the online banking, it sucks. they always have technical issues and thats a big set back for me since i always transfer money from one account to another. they need to hire someone who is competent in the networking and software business.

Visited the north easton branch on main street today, Have had a safe deposit box with bank for 13 years, accounts for 20 years, went there today and was greeted with nothing but snobbery and rudeness by a teller who couldn't get off her a** to assist me to open my box. Can't believe how things have changed, I will sadly be taking be valuables, currency and loans elsewhere definitely. It costs absolutely nothing to be a little courteous to someone who is giving you business.

I love my bank! My only issue is that I know they are open til 7 tonight, but I can't get through to call them !
