Aside from the fact that they sometimes raffle off a free iPad, as a business, they have a very customer experience focus.
Booked an appt over the phone with Tony. An excellent communicator. He confirmed the year make and model of the car and we talked about considerations for the fluids over the cold months.
My car went right in as soon as I got there. I paid about 1/2 of what I would have at the dealership.
They do a free inspection and advise you of upcoming required service. I chose which ones were critical and timely to me.
They ordered the parts and when they come in, I’ll be back to do the work.
If you drop your car off, there is a link they send you to see the overall health of your vehicle.
They simply show you what your car needs, help you choose what’s most important for your budget, and move forward from there.
The waiting area and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The parking lot is beautifully paved and monitored by security cameras.
The staff is incredibly friendly. You’ll know you made the right decision when you get there.

“I had wheel locks that were seized on. Three other tire shops in town would not take on the job once they saw the locks. B & D took the job on and Steve did an excellent job of removing the locks with no damage to my wheels. Steve takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction. I was so happy with the results that I bought a set of tires as well. I just found my goto shop for auto repair.”

“My mini hit a pothole that damage, the tire and the rim. They were able to get the rim repaired at a fraction of the cost. It would’ve cost for a replacement.
Always excellent work at a fair price.
