$98 W/O TIP for pedi and full set acrylics. Pedi was satisfactory; aceylics by another tech, not so much. She was unfriendly, had an attitude when gel declined over powder for set. The end result are thick and unattractive shape, plus they are lifting w/i 6 days. She was rough in filing and cut my skin, did not offer any welcome or refreshment, just attitude when I declinded the more expensive gel, and no acknowledgement of hurting me. Some folks should not be in the service business. NOTE to salon. Do not invite me back for a redo. There needs to be a standard and supervision if you want to train your staff to serve the public. They dont pay attention to what they are doing and are talking on their headsets amd socializing with each other.

The only place I’ll go to get my nails done! Their gel manicures last me almost the whole month and I always get so many compliments on my nails! They take walk ins and appointments and have the latest OPI colors as well as fun trends like cat eye and chrome.

Honestly, I used to recommend this place up until my most recent experience. I usually go to a different place, but they were closed so I went here knowing that I usually like them. Wrong. I always get my nails done with dip powder because my nails are long and the dip helps them not break. In this case she decided to put tips on a couple of my nails because they ”needed” it. Rather only one nail needed it, the other two didn’t. Now one that she put a tip on does not even match the length of any of my long nails. It is randomly short and does not match. Secondly, the NAILS that she did put a tip on before I even left the salon began lifting. I left, sat in my car and looked at my nails and realized that the majority of my nails have a huge gap in between my regular nail and the dip. How does that make sense? I have had my nails done many times some with tip and some without tip and the dip powder. I have never experienced it lifting from the tip of my nail ever. I went back in and the girl Sara said to me well I told you this would happen, and I told you to put tips on your nails. How does that happen? That makes no sense. If I put tips on all my long nails they all would be lifting. She was shaking her head at me when I said politely no to tips on my nails that are long enough and don’t need them. Coincidentally the three nails I have tips on are the ones lifting. It has never happened to me before when I go to a normal salon that actually does good work. No nail technician should ever let their client walk out of the door with a gap in between their nail and the dip. My friend is a certified nail technician and says this is not supposed to happen and that my nails were not done properly. Additionally, the infection control is awful considering now my nail can be exposed to water that can’t dry and can cause infection I.e pseudomonas. DO BETTER!!! Do not go here. I now have to fix my nails.
I want my tip and my money back

Don’t go in and say ANYTHING is wrong! You will be told you are wrong and they are right. They will never admit when they are wrong! I was nervous to tell them I needed my nails fixed. When I finally got the nerve I was told the lady did everything right with my dip manicure. It was rushed. I know how long it usually takes. Not happy.

Love this place!! $55 for a spa pedicure & it’s worth every penny! So relaxing and your feet are brand new when they’re done!! I had ankle reconstruction surgery and my ankle couldn’t be massaged or touched! My nail tech Tracy was so understanding and very cautious! I love the staff, friendliness and color selection!

went to get a pedicure and a dip manicure. I have very short nails, to start. I came in at 4:45 and I did not leave until 7:30 PM. I had a basic color to my toenails and yes my fingernails were different colors, but it doesn’t take that long to dip them with that being said a pedicure cost $38, if you want your calluses removed, that’s an extra five dollars, do you want gel nail polish that’s an extra five dollars, my daughter had to set of acrylics put on It cost her five dollars extra to have them left long, it cost her another seven dollars to have pink tips painted white. by the time I walked out of this nail salon, they had charged me $200 for a for two basic pedicures, One set of acrylics, and one dip manicure again, on very short nails.(which they charged me an additional five dollars for) . my daughter was done with her full acrylic set nails almost 45 minutes before I was done with mine and we started at the same time. I have enclosed a picture of my nails. I also did not like the fact that they dipped my fingernails in acrylic before they dipped them in the nail polish dip.
Long story short, don’t go by the costs they have listed. better off, just go somewhere else Or walk in with a bankroll.
The quality of my nails is not anything like what I am used to, but I was there for over two hours, it was late and all I wanted to do was go home .
Requested style: different colored dip to each fingernail
