Update...i called as the manager asked to come to some agreement for bad service. Girl took my number etc. said manager was on vacation. Have not heard back from him. Last time i will go here.

I was there for first time..they were very nice but my girl was late to appt. Then forgot to put top coat on and my nail pealed after one day. Not to happy.

Sad to leave a review like this but when you spend over 100 dollars and It was worst experience ever! The nail tech was so rude during my pedi and mani. When she went to put my flip flops on she hit one of my toes and tried to paint polish over it then got mad at me for asking her to redo the toe that she messed up!! not even a day later my dip manicure cracked on 4 of my nails. Also charged me 45 dollars for a pedi when a regular is 35. They wouldn’t offer a refund and I would never recommend going to see them.

I am very pleased with Princess Nails and I just booked a follow-up appt. I have very sensitive skin and nails and usually I can't tolerate the chemicals.. but I was in a wedding and needed to do something so I decided to do a walkin appt. The nice man did an excellent job! and explained why and how to prevent this from happening, which no one else has been able to for many years. My nails are strong and beautiful I've received many compliments. Look forward to going back! Thank you so much for boosting my confidence when talking with my hands ?

Won't be going back to Princess Nails! I had a Deluxe-Pedicure and was not happy with the results (still have rough skin, etc). I have been a customer at this place for a long time and never had an issue with a pedicure or manicure previously. Brought this issue up with management when I was in the shop which was 2 weeks later (because I had been away on vacation) to see if they could just quickly file rough area/skin down and was basically laughed at as it had been 2 weeks. So basically, I paid for the best pedicure at this shop and realized, while on vacation, the pedicure was subpar....and their response was this for a quick fix to remedy the problem??!! There are so many other places to go to who are customer-friendly, gentle when doing nails, and appreciate their patrons.

Princess Nails is fantastic! I have been going here regularly for a year and a half. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They have a large color selection and can recreate looks from photos you bring them. I get dip manicures and they always do an amazing job. Spa Pedicures are great too! Lena, Elvin and the staff are wonderful!

I have been coming to Princess Nails for quite some time now and I am never disappointed. Lena & Alvin run a very clean salon all while keeping up with the latest trends. In addition, they seem to hire professional and knowledgeable manicurists who are also very nice.I’ve visited other salons but none can compare to the services provided by Princess Nails and Spa.
