Bought a wrangler from Joe last year and traded it in for a compass this year. I was really torn between the compass and the renagade bc I wanted something better on fuel and Joe helped me decide which one would be best for me. I like Joe because he doesn’t pressure you into buying and listens to what you are looking for. I’m really happy with my purchase.

Can't speak for sales desk but the service desk (maintenance) needs a lot of help. Brought my dad's car in for service as the front end was making all sorts of noise...they charged us for the plug in (to see what's wrong) and never fixed the problem. We then scheduled another appointment to have it fixed and they told us to drop off the car in the morning. We showed up and the girl at the was very rude and said we were late....not very good customer service and we endedup just leaving. Even if we wanted to buy another car from this place I would not. Again, this has to do with the service after you buy the car....should have bought the car at a different dealership... hope this helps future buyers.

Leased a Jeep from Juliana 4 years ago, currently shopping for a new lease. Juliana was wonderful, extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and the vehicles I was looking at. There wasn’t a question she didn’t know the answer to. Was able to help us make a deal for exactly what we wanted in a Jeep. Now that I’m shopping again she’s been able to explain more about the process or starting a new lease. Only great things to say about station!

I had a pleasure on booking my oil change with Kirstin this morning! She was super helpful on finding me a good time based on my schedule! I also have to mentioned the service manager Chuck and service advisor Victoria are awesome! Super polite and professional. I enjoy coming to this location!

Stay away. I have been researching different dealerships for Wrangler's and came across this place online so I reached out and went back and forth with someone via email who I was very specific about what I wanted and where I wanted to be payment wise and I was told a price range they could get me in which sounded great so I drove 45 minutes to the dealership only to have a completely different experience. I was told to ask for Chris the sales manager which I did and he never bothered to come out and introduce himself. Long story short they basically acted like I never had a conversation with anyone even though I had it still and I could see the salesman (Omar) had it on his screen. They basically said there's no way they could do the price i was quoted and it would be almost $200 more per month. I left and my car was blocked in so the salesman had to come out to move the one blocking it and he apologized to me and told me if he were me he would write a letter to complain because this was a waste of my time.

Great experience Julz was fantastic. She was very courteous and kind, just the kind of salesperson you want. She listened to the CUSTOMER and helped me out. That usually doesn't happen these days..Drove a long way and it was worth the trip. Would absolutely recommend buying a vehicle from Station and asking for Julz.

Gary Rose and his manager were incredibly helpful and patient in the processing of our lease. This was our second Jeep that we've used Station Chrysler Jeep in Mansfield for. We are returning customers because of the honest and hassle free experiences we've personally had in the past as well as based on positive reviews from friends and family.

Great sales team and even better service. Can usually get my car in same week or a week out unlike any other dealer around WHICH HAVE 1 month waits. Provided me with a courtesy ride home and everything. Best jeep dealer in eastern MA.

This company deserves 0 stars. Chris, and OMAR. Do not do deals with them. Do not, please do NOT get your car from here. They do nothing but lie to you and turn everything around on you. They had cars that put you in danger and make you stay in them for months. when you trade in a car they try to make short cuts and then forgot to pay it for months so it is on you. Damaging your own credit for their mistakes.. They're management has laughed in my face when you tell them the car you bought with 27 miles on it shuts down in the middle of the road 15 times and say on we will give you a free oil change basically. On top of that Jeep corporate was the one to help me get out of that car, I bought a new one and they messed up on the contact lease with the mileage. 3 bbmonths later after driving the car and traveling they forgot to register the car and had the wrong paperwork in the glove box. After yanking me around they still to lied and did the registration all wrong. Now I. Have to pay for that. Moral of the story. Please stay away.

Terrible experience. Went to Brigham Gill in Natick, so much better. They didn’t try to charge ME to certify a vehicle. This place wanted us to pay 699.00 for them to certify a used vehicle. Place is a joke.

I recently purchased a used Jeep Gladiator from Omar at Station Chrysler Jeep. Prior to visiting Station, I went to two other dealerships that had similar vehicles. Omar was, by far, the most enthusiastic and knowledge sales consultant that I spoke to. He took me through all the features and capabilities of the Gladiator and worked with me to acquire the vehicle within my budget and financing limitations. It was an overall great experience.

Follow up to my review last month which is below below. New to the area and second time bringing our pristine 2007 Chrysler 300C to Mansfield Station Chrysler and once again I cannot express just how amazing the place is. Scheduling, personal service, technical competence and price are key attributes you look for in a dealership and station Chrysler delivers on all. Service advisor Fernando Jaramillo and Service manager Chuck Inocencio go above and beyond and provide world class customer service. If you have had a bad experience with other dealerships, give this place a try as you will not be disappointed. So happy that I found this dealership and thank you to the entire team.Brought our Chrysler 300 for unexpected service and experienced true world class 5 star plus service. This dealership is a shining example of how service dealers should treat customers. There goal of complete customer satisfaction is evident with every interaction. Victoria was amazing to work. Purchasing a vehicle or needing service, Station Chrysler of Mansfield will always have my business.
