Usually we have a great experience. This time, I specifically requested to leave his curls on top longer, but she cut all of them off. I asked for just a trim on top, she cut off about 2 inches! I am devastated, my son is so upset. In addition, when his dad noticed there was a piece that needed to be matched up, she argued with him about it. Like I said, usually we have a good experience, but this was not one of them.
