Very bizarre experience. Successfully made buying a phone a ridiculously miserable experience. Representative would not talk. He only talked by being asked questions. Rep kept disappearing. Simply wanted to buy phone and go. He said safe was timed to and walked away assuming I would wait. So I went to Best Buy and got a Boost iPhone in 5 minutes with full data and text plan for 25.00 a month. See you weirdos....real life mute robots distributing phones from their weird phone cages...welcome to T Mobile Prison. You are not a luxury product or service...we have other better choicesWith zero commitment and better prices?

Amazing service!! After going to 2 separate locations in Brockton reps were rude and unhelpful so I came here after my sister recommended. Everyone was polite and extremely helpful and had me in and out in under 5 minutes!

Can’t understand why Verizon Wireless is always packed. So very overpriced and never had a good customer service experience. Many customer service people there act like they’re doing you a favor. DANIEL J. best wireless customer service person I have ever dealt with at T Mobile Mansfield. I wish we switched a long time ago. would’ve saved thousands of dollars. First time also I was not stressed out of my mind at any wireless store. Plus you can actually sit comfortably and not stand for more than an hour. Nice???

Employee at this store made a mistake with trade ins that were done back in septemberFixed it the month after being on the phone for 2 hrs with customer care. Went in to the store to have it fixed as the next bill immediately was charging much more than it should be, and the store manager says “sorry we need the account holder in store” which is not true because as an authorized user I have the permission required to make changes in the account. Kind of crazy how they were okay with me buying new phones and changing the rate plan as an authorized user but to fix a problem they made I suddenly don’t have the ability to do so. Pay attention to your bills people. The whole cellphone industry is a scam and this is genuinely unserious behavior

The manager Michael is absolutely amazing, if you have a problem come here. He has a great team behind him I originally was being helped by Ally who is amazing as well. The were both very kind which made fixing the problem I had much easier!

I went to that store and I was ready to up grade both of my phones , I have been with T Mobil for 7 years , I waited almost an hour , store manager did not even come and said hi , nobody wanted to help us and nobody even offered to put our names on the waiting list , I was waiting for the store manager to assist us , but he decided to simply leave without even saying hi , I took my business elsewhere and I will never recommend T Mobil to anybody that I know and trust me I know a lot of people !!!

Good service and helpful people. مكان زين وناس خدمتهم حلوة. BUT sadly Samsung and Apple have offered better deals on exchange phones than T-Mobile. They are not the best in this matter.

I've been to the School St location for phone sales and support over the past few years. Anytime walking with a question, problem or trading in a phone, the experiences were pleasant and fulfilling.

What an INCREDIBLE team of associates at the T-Mobile @ Mansfield Crossing!My Wife & I went there twice, both times on early Saturday mornings, 1st to update her 5yr old Samsung S8 and 2 weeks later to update my 4yr old Samsung S9. Outstanding Customer Service! We were greeted immediately on entering the store.... and never had to wait more than a few minutes before a member of the team met with us to discuss our cellphone needs. We knew what phones and accessories we were considering..... and Bada Bing.... Bada Boom.... the T-Mobile Team Member reviewed plans and payment options and the like... did our new cell phone configurations and file transfers and in short order... we were on our way with our new devices.... twice!!! I highly recommend this T-Mobile team for your cellphone considerations... and if you're not on T-Mobile... this Cracker-Jack team is a good reason for you to reconsider!! Salute! Q

Had to stop into the store to ask for some help with my cell phone. I was met by some of the most professional and kind young men I have met in a while. They were very knowledgeable about my phone and didn't waste any time trying to help me. I definitely recommend this place.

I needed to get a new phone and had never done so before so I was a bit hesitant about the whole process. When I went in Luis helped me and accommodated all of my concerns all with a great attitude. Tremendous service and I really can’t thank Luis enough!

Got ripped off at this store. Bought a new phone and phone had a display problem and the model was known to have this problem so 3 days later went to return the phone and the manager said there was a 40 dollar restock fee. Don't get ripped off by this store go elsewhere
