Here is the quick and informative. As with every other Home Depot, the layout and accessibility are standard but this location has such helpful staff. I was in need of screws for assembling a table but had no idea what I was looking for. Steve Quinn in the hardware section went above and beyond to help me figure the situation out. His interaction with me and his attention to detail as well as his problem solving capability was phenomenal. Thank you Steve.

Slow is an understatement! Nobody in the rental center has any sense of urgency or even seems to know what they are doing half the time. JC didn't even have the curtiousy to hand me back my license, registration or the rental keys, he threw them all on the counter. Extremely unpersonable, I will be renting else where moving forward.

I came to this Home Depot after going to two others. They had just what I wanted in stock. They also had some great deals on plants which I forgot to buy. The staff was very helpful and I wish it was a little closer because it was a nice place to shop

Let's face it, times are tough during covid. This place has done an outstanding job in standing up to tough times during the whole ordeal of keeping up with orders, making sure the shelves are stocked with as much as they can put up, sanitizing the contact surfaces and just overall general customer service, being extremely tough to keep customers happy at this point in time. Retail being a tough field to navigate at the best of times we all should be a little more understanding that sometimes things don't fall under the direct blame of the employees that work here and sometimes a little more patience is required to get the job done. I for one will continue to shop here as I enjoy the crew members that work here, I've never gone wrong with anything that I've purchased here and if there is something wrong they do the best they can to rectify the wrong. Keep on persevering home depot mansfield, you're doing great!

Spirit Logistics was supposed to drop off a replacement washer & pedestal. They damaged the pedestal and had to reorder. When they would do dropoffs they wouldnt offer a time window which is very difficult during Covid. And after months of trying to get a replacement for my replacement, Spirit Logistics ended up returning my washer. They told me I have to chase down a refund from Home Depot AND LG. There was no customer service number or ticket number to reference. This is a total nightmare. NEVER AGAIN will I order expensive appliances from Hope Depot esp if they have Spirit Logistics as a vendor.

Very poor delivery service . Home Depot did not honor their commitment to set up and test appliances. Home Depot outsources delivery to a third party in Norton, MA called Spirit logistics. Spirit claims not to know about Home Depot's delivery obligation. Never heard of the attached promise. Spirit did not resolve the issue for us. Claimed their delivery men were not within their control. Home Depot customer service was difficult to get through to. Once connected with them, Home Depot claimed delivery was NOT their responsibility since it was outsourced even though they provide you written assurance to the contrary at the time of sale. So classic case of big company taking your order and money with claims of great customer service-then falling down and giving the customer the run around. Nice!

So frustrating... last month I bought two big Rubbermaid outside barrels for lawn trimmings and such... with lids... the lids have since disappeared perhaps in the wind or stolen. Here’s the thing I went to buy two replacement lids... at the register I was told I had to buy the barrel too...I explained I already bought the barrels at this very store and needed replacements. Nope! So instead of walking out pissed I decided to go to customer service... explaining again that I only needed the covers... the “customer service manager said that I would have to buy two new barrels to get the lids I needed.... “BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE”

After a few frustrating attempts at making a purchase at other locations, Melissa at the Mansfield store was super helpful. She was competent, knowledgeable and friendly and what customer service is all about!! Even in this pandemic when everyone’s nerves are frazzled, she performed in an exemplary manor. It's a great Home Depot, but for Christ sake, open the registers. Sunday at 11am, 1 register open and this guy is applying and opening a credit card at the register while everyone waits.

The paint department is the best around! They spent so long with me trying to fix a major mistake and they were so professional and worked so hard to get the color just right. It was perfect and my disaster was repaired barely noticeable.

My Previous experience at home depot was outstanding. I went to the store to purchase a few small items and saw a John Deere tractor. Jayne in the rental area began to describe it to me and I explained I also needed a bagger if I was to purchase it. The next thing I knew Jayne asked one of the guys to check on the bagger and in a few minutes it was in a cart next to Jayne. She was very professional when explaining to me how good this tractor is and she answered all of my questions. Thanks to Jayne and her team I could not be happier...Thanks
