My husband's phone not working. It was almost closing time when we arrived. Store had a few other customers. When it was our turn to be helped, a gentleman assisted us. He asked female employee to help him. She took over. She tried to explain how to fix phone, but said she would have to show us. I explained my husband, who is ill cannot be without a phone. She looked at me and said "for an hour". She said come back tomorrow. My husband did return next day and phone was fixed. He asked to have screen protector changed. Same woman named Leah said she didn't have any. I know they did because I was looking at them when we were waiting the night before.

Let's put it this way, I switched to AT&T. Had Verizon for a long time but when my phone had issues, I chatted on line with a rep, 2 different days to no avail. Went into Verizon, SIM card was replaced, did nothing. Got fed up, upgraded elsewhere

This store is no good the sales man was so rude and gave me attitude right when I walked in the door I really don't think they know what good customer service actually is they were also not even willing to help me at all either.

After calling and letting the phone ring for ten minutes, I gave up. All I wanted to do was return my ancient router. Verizon was supposed to mail me a postage paid label to send it back to them. After waiting a month for the label, I went to them. This location couldn't take the router. I was told that they are a different company. Fine. This is why I no longer have them for my internet. After being a loyal customer, I was given a terrible quote to renew my contract. No thanks. I've gone elsewhere. One employee gave me a sheet of paper with addresses and phone numbers. I was told to go to one of these locations to return the antique router. So much for customer service. Goodbye Verizon. By the way, I had had Fios for fifteen years.

Went in on a Saturday. Mercedes helped me. She was incredibly patient. I was there with my distracted 13 yr old nephew and my technically challenged mom. We needed to replace both their phones. We had a lot of questions and lots of changed minds. We were just generally frustrating. Mercedes was great throughout. We got everything we wanted. We left very happy. Thank you Mercedes!

I had best experience at the Verizon Store in Mansfield. The service and help were excellent. I updated my phone and watch at the same time. The salesperson spent extra time looking for the best discounts and explained everything. Today I went back to ask a question and get some accessories. Again, a different salesperson took the time to help and even installed the glass protector and case. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Went to another Verizon store in Attleboro and night and day. Great service and didn't try to upsell me everything in the store. Mansfield store, I still refuse to ever enter again.

Joel is the best!!! Ask for him when you go. He is knowledgeable, friendly and really knows his stuff! This is the second set of phones we bought here from JOEL. He makes the whole process painless.

I went into the store at 10am when it opened. I wanted to upgrade my twin sons Iphone 6. Kevin Hall told me no problem that I could upgrade, receive a $200 credit for each phone, all I had to do was upgrade my data plan to unlimited. I did this....then two hours later once I was passed off the Kevin Burke, the manager. He told me my sons phones did not qualify for the $200 credit each as they had TINY hairline crack that could not be seen by the average person's eye. I did not see them and still do not see them after pointed out to me. I politely told them that I did not want to continue with the purchase at that point. However I was told that I could not go back to the data plan that I had when I walked into the store. I had to keep the unlimited plan or go to the plan I had less the promotional 4GB that verizon gave me 2 weeks prior for being a loyal customer. Needless to say I spent 4.5 hours in total in the store and ending up leaving with the same two phones I had and a data plan that is only 18GB not 22GB. What sham.......classic Bait and Switch!!!! AVOID this store at all costs and Kevin H. and Kevin B. should be ashamed of themselves for illegal business practices! I will be switching my 5 lines over to AT&T, ASAP!!!!!! Don't go to Mansfield MA Verizon Store!!!

I had to call them because they started to charge me an extra $10/month and I wanted to know why. I got a rep named Danny, very pleasant and talked me into upgrading my internet service for only $5 additional a month and a higher speed and for 2 years! I thought wow how can you go wrong! Well once I got off the phone and then received an email from Verizon confirming my order and the charge was for $59.99 a month not $54.99 what Danny had me sign up for! I called CS back and the "girl" that answered the phone I could barely understand and also swear that she works for another call center because her voice was so distinct anyway that's another story but seriously I was getting no where then I asked to speak to her manager and spoke with a "male" who indicated that there was no way I could have possibly gotten a deal like that and basically accused me of lying! I explained that your calls are recorded why don't you listen because it is clear that your reps are misleading customers and this was not the first time this has happened and this is the reason why I will never use a cable provider ever! I e def up going with my original contract for 50/50 at $49.99 because I had no choice! Please be aware of this scam or "bait and switch " that Verizon had been doing for years to their customers I don't want anyone else to go through the 1 1/2 hours of frustration that I went through! Shame on Verizon!

I have told everyone for years to NOT go to this store in Mansfield Crossing. TWICE they flim-flammed my 86 y/o dad. A few years ago they pushed a promotional tablet on him. Didn't explain to him that it came with a data plan! He never used it but was paying for data for 4 years! Recently he went in and they convinced him he needed a 5gb data plan and switched him over. (He never went over 1gb in months prior. Perhaps they could have looked at that?) THEN convinced him if he had a Verizon Jetpack that he would be safe from data overages and having to pay extra. They told him it was a One Time Payment and EVERYONE was doing it because of power outages. He thought that meant there was no monthly charges. Did I mention he is 86 years old! How much data do you think he needs!? I had to call customer service to fix this for him. They were great! Got him and his wife on a plan together, cancelled all the bullsh*t that the store tricked him into buying and he is paying less money now for two people then he was before. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE IN MANSFIELD!!!!!!! ***DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!*** The Verizon Store in Avon on Stockwell Drive is the BEST!! The guy I spoke to there said they are constantly cleaning up crap from the Mansfield Store.
