I had an exceptional experience at the Xfinity store in Mansfield.
AJ provided outstanding service when my cousin and I arrived late to sign up for the Google Pixel phone deal. Despite the time, AJ was incredibly helpful, quick, and professional. His efficiency and dedication made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, AJ, for going above and beyond to assist us!

I had a very positive experience. I wish I got the gentleman's name but he stayed after his shift to assist myself and my kid transfer a line over. He was very pleasant and professional. I hope to figure out a name and update. Thank you so very much. I've found in person help with Xfinity services is much more efficient then calling in.

Went there to cancel my service and was treated with professionalism and kindness. Very different than I expected. Will go back there if I return to Xfinity.

The sales people here are slime. They ripped me off. Said my Apple care plan was invalid and threw my phone away and pressured me to buy the most expensive phone they have. Turns out my Apple care was valid I was entitled to a new phone. But the slime balls lied about it later. Over all rating is DISHONEST SLIME employees. Disgusting manager has responded and he told me to click a line that just goes to the xfinity robot chat. He won’t take responsibility for the fraud committed by his store.this all happened on Nov19 2023

Same problem multiple differe answers everyone thinks they're right... But my phone still sucks and doesn't work... Obviously communication via telephone sucks.

Visited the store after being on the chat assistant for an hour waiting for someone to assist me. When I arrived at the store there was no sitting room and waited over an hour to drop off a Xfinity Flex Streaming Box. I would understand if they were short staffed, but they had multiple employees helping the same people, it's called cross training, try it. Fair warning if you are visiting this store, have at least an hour and a half to kill.
