The door-greeter on 1/13/24, 9:00am should not be allowed to deal directly with customers. I witnessed him speaking rudely to the kind woman ahead of me simply because she’d mistakenly brought a Direct TV box to return with her Comcast equipment. When it was my turn, he was even more rude. I spoke with the employee ended up helping me with my issue, and told him that the older man at the door should not be dealing with customers, and he informed me that I would receive a survey to fill out, and that I could address it there.
No such survey was sent to me. I have made an appointment with Verizon to switch services after 30 years as a Comcast customer. Xfinity/Comcast has become a cellphone company, and no longer cares how they treat cable customers.

Canceled services after 20yrs. The store was fine the customer service was the worst and so was the the techs and home cable.-9,000,000,000 stars. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I was charged $1100 for a new phone. RIPPED OFF and the phone doesn't work properly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I came in to transfer our cellphone service over to Xfinity. We didn’t realize how long we’d actually be there for! I believe it was around 4 hours, but it was well worth it. Nate was incredibly patient with us and exceeded my expectations for customer service. Incredibly bright and helpful young man. I’d also like to mention AJ; he’d been working with other customers, but was incredibly helpful and patient with some of the “testier” customers. Any business should use these two men as a mold for shaping their customer service standards. Thanks guys, we appreciate the service today.

I really don’t understand how this place conducts their customer service. The first time I came in I waited over an hour for a 5 min process to complete my enrollment. The second time I had to go in, all I needed was a modem, and I again waited 45 mins. There were 2 employees just walking around not assisting anyone, and didn’t seem interested in do so. They would benefit from establishing a time priority system by checking which customers needs 5-10 mins and which customers needs 25-30 mins. It also seems like some people aren’t qualified to do certain things. Someone walked in 10 mins after me and others before me, and was assisted right away, while the rest of us that had been waiting received no help from him. It was very frustrating. They would benefit from implementing a new customer wait system, and making sure everyone is trained equally.

If you want the best and fastest customer service then Shaquor is your guy. I recently got wifi for my new apartment been he's been helping me for while now and he always is patient, answers all my questions, and is very accommodating. I hope xfinity hires more people like him, because he is a great asset to the team.

Christ on a cracker. All I wanted to do was get a new mobile phone and give my old one to my Father. THAT'S ALL. It's taken me almost a full month to get this all going and I'm still not done. First of all they ship out phone the slowest way possible so your brand new phone takes a week to get, then you have to get through voicemail hell, all the time giving them personal information to verify that it's really you, and THEN when you finally get through to a live agent who is polite but obviously in another country they want your ENTIRE social security number, date of birth etc...they want you to type this into the phone because it's "secure". Bull $#!+. Anyone can figure out the number from the tones. It's not complicated. Xfinity must be getting kickbacks from organized criminals in India. This is nonsense. I shouldn't have to send enough information to a foreign country to easily be able to steal my identity.

Upon entering the store, my husband and I were greeted right away by professional and upbeat employees. Crystal took on the task of helping me and please know I am not technologically advanced. She was so patient and knowledgeable and helped us so much. I ended up getting a great deal with my new phone and am excited about being on this new plan. I also want to add that Alyssa was very helpful because, as I said, I am not tech savvy. They walked me through everything I needed to know and provided me with their number in case I ran across any problems. I would definitely recommend this store. As daunting as an experience I was dreading, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my outcome.

My husband went to this store for help because our internet hasn't worked for several days. He was told to return the cable boxes- which had been returned at least a month earlier. How does that fix our internet issue? Good question, which I would ask if they would ever answer their phone. Horrible service.

Unfortunately, the new gateway won't work with all my landlines phones. Waiting on Tech for help today. Phone customer service is VERY difficult to understand and will not work with my caption phone. I am deaf and they just keep talking like I should understand themWith such heavy accents, I have great difficulty. My husband is hearing and cannot understand them either!

Little to no waiting for assistance, in and out less than 15 minutes. No issues. Very helpful employees.

Dealing with bots is so frustrating I end up hanging up. I even tried to get thru to a local center, just got bots, hung up again.

We pay for premium internet but still get kicked off all the time. If you have a choice of providers, DONT CHOOSE XFINITY
