We came in with a tricky situation — a ½-inch size variance between two tiles we had purchased elsewhere for a checkerboard pattern — and Tom and Vivianne could not have been more knowledgeable or more determined to help. They walked us through every option, found a replacement tile that would work in the same week, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our project stayed on track.

They even rush-ordered grout for us, and it ended up looking better than what we had originally picked. Their customer service is unmatched, and we left wishing we had found their store sooner.

“Bought an hour glass table with a glass top didn't realize when I was putting in my car that it wasn't attached to the top the top fell off and shattered in the million pieces in the parking lot. The staff there is amazing They offered to give me my money back and also swept up everything in the parking lot. I'm broken hearted that I didn't get to take the table home but I couldn't be more grateful how I was treated.”
