“Went on a snowy Saturday night, and walked into one of the cleanest, most organized, and well-stocked laundromats I've ever seen. Floors, machines, shelves, folding surfaces were clean and actively being cleaned in the short time I was there. Dozens of machines with free drying credits for washers (I used a 9-load washer and got 25 minutes free drying, and that's all my clothes needed). Clothes smelled really fresh afterward. The staff is so helpful, they made me lament my wasted years learning Spanish in high school, and the best I could muster was a heartfelt "gracias" when leaving. I did a week's worth of laundry in less than an hour at the best laundromat in the Boston area.”

“I walked in, hoping to get my laundry done, and instead made a friend. When I did come back to pick up my laundry, it was folded and presented to me better than I do for my own self. I was so overwhelmed. I left a tip to show my appreciation in this humble man mentioned that because he owns the business. No one gives him a tip. You don’t give them person a tip because they own or don’t own the business you give them a tip for extra extra ordinary service. “Carter's Dry Cleaners is the best dry cleaners in the North Shore!! I can not speak more highly of this establishment, everything from the customer service, quick turn around time, and free pick up and delivery is exactly what I am looking for in a dry cleaners. I recently brought in a dress to hemmed and the lady working took her time to help pin where to hem and made sure I was happy with the length.
