“Had to come back to pick up a comfy crew neck Marblehead sweatshirt for me, a comfy t shirt for my hubby and a cute baseball cap for my son. Of course, they all say Marblehead! When in Marblehead, shop local. The employees as I always say are very friendly and very helpful and that is a big plus. I know I will use my sweatshirt a lot as I like to put it on in the morning! We had been in here a few days before but it was very crowded due to the 4th of July festivities. Now, it was easy to find more things! LOL Take a look. I'll bet you will find something here for yourself!”

“I went in for a bow tie and pocket square for my son to wear to his GFs prom. It had to match her dress. John,(the worker w the Boston tattoos on his arms ) was very nice,super helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed. We left still unsure if it was a perfect match to her dress. Well last night was prom and they looked amazing.The bow tie/pocket square were the perfect amount of color to pull them together. Super happy with Gibley Danvers MA. I would 100% recommend any one prom or wedding shopping to go see John. Last year for my son’s prom we went to “Men’s Warehouse, Medford MA. It was a sh!t show. With all employees there. (We went 4 times fixing all the mistakes that the employees kept making with my son’s suit).”

“Came into A Voyagis Tuxedos with a last-minute emergency because I needed my pants hemmed for a really important event. Costa was already busy, but somehow still managed to squeeze me in and get everything taken care of the same day.
I walked in stressed and this man basically said, we got you. 😂
That kind of service is hard to find. He could’ve easily told me to come back another day, but instead he made the time and came through when I really needed it.

Jamie (the owner of this excellent establishment) & her entire staff go above & beyond to make sure you have an exemplary customer service experience from the moment you enter her store to when you leave with one (or several) of her tremendous treasures! Her & her team make you feel welcome & you leave feeling like a million bucks! There have been several times I have left with exactly what I came looking for/with entire outfits for a special occasion I was going to from clothes to shoes & accessories. “This is our favorite place to shop for mattresses. We’ve been here twice, and both times were great. Their prices are comparable to other furniture stores. But more importantly, the shopping experience was easy and pleasant.
The Macy’s sales agents never pressured us or used any hard-sell tactics. They introduced themselves, offered a few recommendations, and then gave us space to browse and try out mattresses at our own pace. They only checked in occasionally (maybe every 10 minutes) to see if we had any questions, which we really appreciated.”

“TJ Maxx is one of the few stores that consistantly boosts my self-esteem. Whenever I head into the fittng room to try on a pair of dungarees, the kid working there always hand me a little plastic number 1 for the one item I’m taking in, and I have to say, it feels incredible. No matter how those dungarees fit, for one shining moment TJ Maxx has officially declared me Number One. Four stars, only becuase eventually I have to give the number back.”

“I’ve noticed over the past several months, the store has really turned a corner and it looks great. I love their new displays. They’ve got this great wall with a lot of swimsuits and coverups which is really great ‘cause we’ve been having so much snow here that it’s making me look forward to spring weather. The staff that I interacted with in the ladies area were quite helpful. They worked with me to find a handful of items that I was looking for. So I left the store feeling very good about my purchases. I definitely will be back maybe next week, to get a bathing suit. Too soon? We’ll see.”

Jamie made the entire experience both enjoyable and informative, demonstrating a level of attentiveness and expertise that reflects very positively on your brand. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and in delivering excellent customer service.
