I have a box here because I’m often away from town. So, I’m in and out all the time, and the guys - I think they’re all guys except for the manager- are unfailingly polite, friendly, and efficient.
I’m so glad to have this option so that I don’t have to worry about packages left on the doorstep. They also have a small but varied selection of packaging stuff and greeting cards. This UPS Store is a great resource to have!

Let me paint you a picture of the UPS Store's very own Miranda Priestly, except instead of running Runway Magazine, manager Arlyne presides over her kingdom of shipping boxes with all the warmth of a frozen TV dinner.
Her 'customer service' style can best be described as someone who's counting down the minutes until she can return to her fortress of solitude, complete with her army of cats and well-worn couch indentation.
Every time a shipping challenge arose, Arlyne's response was an Oscar-worthy performance of 'not my problem,' delivered with the kind of dismissive hand wave that would make any medieval queen proud.
Meanwhile, the poor young guys working there tip-toe around like supporting actors in her one-woman show titled 'I'd Rather Be Anywhere But Here.'
You can practically see her internal monologue running: 'How dare these peasants interrupt my daydreaming about my evening plans of microwaved lasagna and true crime marathons?' The level of sass and indifference she brings to her role is truly remarkable - if being cavalier with customer service was an Olympic sport, Arlyne would take gold. Despite that there are many Bronze level plaques proudly displayed on the wall.
Who's going to tell her? Bronze isn't good...
Truth be told, she'd be better suited as a toll booth attendant, where her natural talent for making people feel like inconveniences could truly shine. At least there, her 'not my problem' attitude would be behind protective glass and limited to exact change debates.
To the sweet young employees trapped in this daily soap opera: blink twice if you need help. To corporate: perhaps it's time to consider if your store's leading lady needs a different stage - preferably one far, far away from customer service.

Staff at location use to be great and friendly new staff is rude and hostile. Pretty annoyed if I could talk to someone from actual UPS competent and sober.

Jake and Cal were super helpful on two separate occasions. We were doing some complicated mailing and returning with a government agency and they went to great lengths to make sure it all happened correctly. Great store. Great employees.

Cal was extremely helpful with shipping my wingfoil setup, which is irregularly sized and has multiple components. I expected for it to be an hour+ ordeal and he helped us get everything sorted out in just a few minutes. I highly recommend going here for all your gear shipping needs!

I have been using this place for everything imaginable for years. Very dependable, very organized and everyone has always been helpful and polite. When I see some of the bad reviews for places like this I always wonder about the people writing them and I would bet they are Uber annoying to deal with. Spending alot time in the area itself, I understand some mindsets are very that way.If you are new are new to mbh , take the bad things written here with a grain of salt and go experience this place for yourself...and welcome to mbh.

I’d give the store a 4 as I had a manager question the items I was shipping one time and it was a bit of a peculiar/poor experience, but my two encounters with Ky were nothing less than fantastic! She graciously helped me package and sort multiple items to ship while simultaneously helping others cash out. I was in a rush to race back to work, not her problem, but she took the initiative to help me get my stuff shipped and back in time to start my workday. Great customer experience and very personable employee!

We had some items that we needed shipped. The system was down, the staff warned me. They also, gave me their number to call to see once the system was up. I called, they remembered me. We came over, they were so very helpful with ensuring our packages would get to me safely. They really made me feel as though we were a priority. Both are packages were shown to have great care and I suspect that a lot of that had to do with the two employees there on the 22nd of October. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are always helpful and friendly to us. They are prompt with anything they do too.Not sure where allows the bad reviews are coming from but if you are new to the area, see for yourself and form your own opinion.
