Miserable experience with the passport officer, who was late to my appointment and rude. I see from another review that this employee, Sarah (Botox, filler, bleached blonde hair), has been rude to others as well. Note my last name is Spanish and the other review was from
a person of color.

If you’re a person color, I would not come to this post office. I was waiting in line and for every customer that went before me, they were greeted with a good morning and a smile, and were helped effortlessly by the time it’s my turn and I approached the employee. They don’t make eye contact with me and they ignore my good morning and greetings. I asked for a passport application and at first they said they didn’t have any and when I asked if they could check again, they said they Found some and Handed it over to me with attitude. Then when I had requested for a second application because I was getting them for both of my grandparents who are in the car waiting they said they didn’t have any anymore when I just saw The employee put more on top of her desk. As I walked away and said “thank you” “have a good day”. They continued to avoid eye contact and Stay silent. I’ve lived her my entire life and have never felt more vulnerable. Living in Marblehead has been a dream, and one of the unexpected highlights has been our incredible mailman, Javier. He’s always exceptionally polite, professional, and goes above and beyond with every delivery. Whether it’s a quick wave, a friendly smile, or carefully placing packages in a safe spot, Javier truly stands out. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work, and we genuinely appreciate his consistency and kindness. Marblehead is lucky to have him—Javier is the gold standard of what a mail carrier should be!

Super helpful and empathetic! I needed to get my fingerprints done for travel and although the fingerprint scanning machine didn't cooperate with me, the employees were very helpful and kind. Offered alternatives and really did everything they could to help me.

Most employees are fine there, but there is one counter woman who is not. She insults customers every time I have been there. Open hostility is the norm for her. I'm not sure why she is allowed to interact with the public.

Good crew of people that have been doing the right thing for a while. Recommended over the local UPS everytime now with the terrible manger at UPS now.

Love the ladies at this location...Going or coming here I'm never alone ...many have lost their marbles here and I feel at home , especially with the level of service provided by this office. Just don't go postal I you can't connect with the humor and love the employees have for their customers! Barb, you are the best! U Always make me laugh and never let me leave without a conversation! The best crew around!

The employees discussing how “hot” a customers body is, isn’t a good look. Prior to that they were having a conversation perpetuating stereotypes about folks who live in Marblehead. I’ve never experienced this here. Guess I should stick to going during the week and skip Saturday.

I dread having to wait at the counter. Often there is only one person on duty. Even if you get an efficient person they might have a customer who takes 'Forever' with no regard for those waiting. I like the funny lady who says, 'Right we're done, I'll kick you to the curb' She is efficient as well. People who need to address lots of boxes or stick on labels should move to the side so others can be served while they fiddle around.

I love this building and was happy to see that the post office is still like it used to be! The workers are very friendly and that is positive. I honestly don't trust mailboxes outside a post office any more because of all the craziness in the world so I wanted to go inside to mail my things! No problem. Easy to do. I hope the post office building stays around!

I had an eBay package shipped to a buyer in Marblehead; however, the package was never marked as delivered and was stuck on "AWAITING DELIVERY SCAN". After a call to the post office, I was able to get the package sorted out and a day later it was marked as delivered. The customer service at this location is top notch; hats off to their amazing supervisor!

Great Post Office with lots of features and services, but without a doubt it is the people there that are the best. I've lived in three different states and been to many post offices, and by far the team at Marblehead is the best!!!
