Very impressed with their customer service. Sent my father in law to pickup a part.... NOT a boat guy. Called the store to see if they could get the part off the shelf and have it ready for him. Jim was the only one working that day, but he took the time to get it and have it ready. I really appreciate the help!

Our 3month old Raymarine Axiom 12 MFD crashed, Caught in a continuous reboot function. Jim at Marblehead, MA West Marine was delightful, knowledgeable and efficient with accepting our unit back for replacement. Brand new MFD delivered within week! Very impressed with West Marine's return policy.
