Wonderful experience here. Super close to our apartment, had everything we needed and the staff was great. Every time I had any questions William took care of us. I highly recommend for anyone in the Marlborough area looking for a place to store their belongings.

William runs a great storage facility. Facility is always clean and secure. If you have a lot of big items work with the team to make sure the location will fit the items, the elevator placement is a little awkward. Great value.

My family had an excellent experience with William Tin and 10X Self Storage Marlborough. The entire process was smooth and William helped us through each step. The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind. The storage facility was well maintained, secure, and clean— where we felt comfortable storing our mattresses and expensive furniture. Would definitely recommend to others looking for storage facilities in the Marlborough nearby area.

I rented this storage facilities very much. I rent from William Tin, he is a very helpful person, because I place my car here for 1year , my car out of power, and my English is not well. William helps me to call the insurance company for a jump start, it’s my pleasure to meet him. I left the United States for a year and all my belongings and cars were stored in the warehouse. When I came to pick them up now, there was no problem and everything works well.

I love the facility and management. It's not the typical facility... it's clean, safe and well maintained with trolleys and easy access.
