This might be the absolute worst pharmacy in the world. I have had nothing but issues with this place, I promise you they have better pharmacies in third world countries. This pharmacy needs to be investigated! Exhaust every possible option before using this pharmacy, especially if you need an important medication!!!!!!

Worst customer service! Call everyday for a month! Keep being told 24-48 hrs I would get a call for my medication! Never get a call! Been 2 months without meds due to this horrendous company!

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with for patients. They don’t follow through on prescriptions, multiple phone calls to correct information, many mistakes. Do not use this pharmacy.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The unprofessionalism and ignorance is unbelievable. We have been using Accredo for over 1 year now and I have had NOTHING but issues with this company. The employees DO NOT do their jobs and could care less about helping patients. We use Accredo for a lifesaving medication and have now been without it for over a week because the employees can not seem to figure out what to do. Month after month we have issues. Be prepared to run into pharmacy issues, name issues, copay assitance issues, insurance issues, etc. The staff goes in circles giving patients false answers and making up excuse after excuse. We are now officially getting to the point where we are in fact writing the Vice President Regina Jones a letter because no one can help us. We have asked to use another pharmacy but unfortunately Accredo is the only pharmacy our insurance approves. My advice would be STAY AWAY as long as you can. If you have the option to use another pharmacy DO IT. The pharmacists are completely useless.

Most horrible company ever you may. Not talk to a pharmacist unless you scream and yell had to miss a migraine treatment because the are so screwed up think of contacting consumer complaints. People you speak to donot know what they are talking about 6 hours of my time nothing resolved. Do not deal with them !!!

Id give zero stars if I could. How this company is still in business is mind-blowing. I hope they aren't responsible for delivering any life saving meds! I've maybe received my medication ONCE on time, which means im late on all my doses ...there's been issues with almost every delivery... except no one tells you until delivery day comes and you don't receive anything...and it's only after you call them do they inform you theres issues. Ironically they called me last twice last month and left an automated message saying my delivery date had been moved and that I DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING..today was delivery day and, you guessed it- NOTHING..I called, yet again, and they informed me my insurance has reached its limit?? But apparently, that's not accredos responsibility to let me know?!?!?!? She then proceeds to tell me I need to call my insurance and sort have them call them...here I am, yet again, late on my meds, waiting for a solution. Please close this place. Absolutely useless

This is a horrible company. Once your prescription is set up they are fine, but any changes throw them into complete incompetence. I had to call every day for weeks to get them to process through my new insurance plan. Every day they promised to expedite and nothing changed. They claim they have no process to communicate across departments. All the people who talk to patients on the phone can do apparently is send emails to people who actually do the work. You can try to request talking to “leadership” or “supervisors” who can be slightly better but it doesn’t always help. The only way I actually got my problem resolved was someone I called happened to have a FRIEND in the actual pharmacy team and was able to call them to see what was going on. Other people I talked to claimed they had no way to do that.

I can't pay for my medication in their app or website, because I have no payment information entered. I can't update my payment information, because I am not prescribed any medication. I can't edit my payment information, which does exist, because the app and website crashes and logs me out.My balance is overdue because they can't charge me. We already got on the phone once to manually enter the payment information. That is how we got into this state. The phone rep can no longer do anything so they need me to call their tech support.My insurance company requires me to use this service. Lucky me.

ACCREDO may be the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They are LIARS and THIEVES! I have been going back and forth with them for months now regarding some invoices from over a year ago in 2022 that the insurance company has confirmed were paid. ACCREDO continues to invoice me for the full balances despite the health insurance company confirming the dates of the payments, the check numbers and check amounts, and the dates the checks were cashed. The Accredo representatives that I have been dealing with refuse to connect me to a supervisor or manager and are lying to me about where these payments went - at this point I am convinced either they applied the insurance checks to the wrong place and are too lazy to look, fix it and take ownership of it, or they are stealing money. This is my opinion and I have wasted HOURS of my time trying to get this resolved. The insurance company has followed up with me several times while Accredo has called me back once only to tell me "they are still looking into this" - there is nothing to look into - fix my account where payment has been confirmed multiple times by the insurance company.I am not one to post negative reviews but this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE and there is no reason it should be this difficult to correct an outstanding balance when there is hard proof in writing and tracked by the banking systems of the payments. LIARS AND THIEVES!

I wish I could give them negative star. I called and chatted so many times to hear that they will expedite my order but never received any call back and my prescription! I missed my doses so many times even though I always called them at least 14 days in advanced!
