I understand you are in the used car business.But I have to say I think it was pretty heartless to take a $500 deposit from a 19 year old kid trying to buy his first car and not return it when he wasn’t able to purchase the car.You certainly had the advantage over a kid who’s never seen a contract let alone being able to understand one and know exactly what it was he was signing. Your salesman pushed paperwork in front of him and said sign here, initial here.You were well aware that he signed paperwork he hadn’t read or understood.I understand he had some responsibility and has learned a very costly and painful lesson. Making and saving $500 from a part time job wasn’t easy for him. That’s all he had to put towards a car.He definitely made a mistake for sure.I don’t expect you to understand or have compassion for him. If you did you would have just given him his money back.As you explained it is all about your “contract “ you made a quick $500 off a kid that borrowed a car drove over 2 hrs to find a car to get a better job.I read your response to what ever he wrote for a review. I wasn’t able to see what he wrote maybe he took it down. I talked to him about it and he told me he couldn’t get his money back.I am his Aunt and I have known him for all of his 19 years. I am well aware of his inability to understand what he was getting into but he didn’t really understand it.I just had to write to you and your future customers the human side of the story.About a young inexperienced kid trying to buy his first car. You claim to be in a business that cares about its customers.Your dealership could had made the decision to just refund his $500. You still have the car and haven’t lost anything.It means so much more to him and hurts him more than it hurts your dealership.Personally I wouldn’t be able to sleep well at night if I did that to a kid.I hope it never happens to one of your family members.I’m really disappointed that you took such a hard line with him.I get it business is business but your business is not one I would want to support.

I've enjoyed doing business at American Eagle both times I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.

We just purchased a car here and although we were able to negotiate about the price, make adjustments, and they were able to fix the car there were a few things we have to say about the customer service. Max was by far the most generous and kind sales person to talk too, he listens and attempts to find the right car for you.Reason of 2 stars?- well when we received the car we found it smelling awful, mainly like cigarettes, there was ash everywhere in the backseat and previously, when we gave this car a test drive and there was no smell and no ash.Another thing is point out is that the “manager” shifted his attitude as soon as we asked questions. We were even giving out compliments, and thanking him and letting him know we can see why they have a good review but he completely ignored us. He seemed to change his demeanor, it seemed like he does not want to talk to us, he just seemed less interested the longer we stayed there. Which made us feel uncomfortable.Just from the experience with the manager we felt like the ashes and cigarettes were coming from the employees when they were probably test driving our car after all the fixes. Was it intentional? I don’t know, felt like it was because they kept staring at us when we got into the car.So just letting all future buyers know, don’t ask too many questions or you’ll receive a car smelling like cigarettes and covered in ash.Would not recommend for a first time car purchaser.

Great experience with American Eagle Auto Sales! The customer service was very sincere and personal. I live in the western part of the state and was searching without a vehicle, therefore I had to rely on others to drive me across the state for test drives/paperwork and purchase. Their team was very patient with my questions and rescheduling. They truly extended themselves and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.I purchased from them in the late spring of 2023 and waited a bit so I could comment on the vehicle as well as the service they provided. And I am very happy to share that I have been so pleased with the 2012 Honda I bought. They offer a great selection at great prices and they provide service with integrity.Thanks again AEAS team.

These guys were great to work with. Know what vehicle you're interested in by browsing online before you go in. The communication was great the when way through. Reasonable price for the car and the actual buying process was extraordinarily smooth and quick.

Went in to purchase a vehicle from website. Tried to look at about 5-6 different cars. None of which were on site. Asked them to if they could bring cars to look at or take me to them to look at, they said no we cannot have you look at that many cars. They swarm you once you pull in. While one guy helps the other hovers over your shoulder. Would not recommend as they don’t mind wasting your time, they say cars are available but could not produce one of them. Would never walk into this place again.Left dealership went down the street and purchased car within couple hours with no problems at all. Was even able to look at all vehicles for sale not just ones they felt like showing me. Please stay away from This place.

They are scammers. Be mindful of the fees in your purchase. They double-charged me for tax, registration, inspection, and plate fees. Do not trust these guys. They clearly steal people's money and do not accept responsibility.

If i could give more stars I would! Arif truly made my experience as a first time car buyer the easiest process I could’ve asked for. He did everything to make sure I was able to take my car home in a timely manner, got everything set with insurance, and was on top of keeping me updated every step of the way! I will be recommending this place to everyone!!

I recently bought a Toyota Prius. Besides being professional Elnur was very transparent and honest about the truck, the sales process, advocated for our trade in and set correct expectations for delivery. Even when there was a challenge to deliver the truck on a specific day we were hoping for he went above and beyond to deliver. The only area of improvement would be to provide a full tank of gas and a bow on cars and trucks sold. We're very happy customers though.
