If I could give them 0 star I would.
Don’t waist your time, just go to the Apple at Natick Mall. Service at Salamond Pond Mall is trash, the host kits make you wait for a sales person for 40 mins, while they just walk around chatting with each other and losing sales! Highly Don’t recommend!!! I came to Natick Mall Apple and I’m leaving with my IPhone 17 in 10 minutes got it done!

Excellent Support from Dominic at the Apple Store – Solomon Pond Mall
I want to give a big thank you to Dominic at the Apple Store in Solomon Pond Mall (Marlborough, MA) for his outstanding service on the evening of October 4th, 2025.
Around 7 PM, I came in with my brother after struggling to access my MacBook. I had attempted a reset and entered recovery mode, but couldn’t remember my password and was completely stuck. Dominic stepped in right away and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
He was incredibly professional, patient, and clear in walking me through the steps to regain access. What really stood out was how calmly he explained everything—not just to fix the issue in the moment, but to help me understand what to do if it ever happened again. His knowledge and demeanor made a frustrating situation feel manageable.
I highly recommend this Apple Store location—and especially Dominic—to anyone in the area. With the busy holiday season approaching, it's reassuring to know there are team members like Dominic who truly care about delivering excellent customer service.

I made an appointment but was taken early. The person that assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I went in to get the screen fixed but didn’t notice that the phone itself was also damaged. So he quickly got us a new phone and I was on my way to get it added to my plan. I did however have a hard time getting all the data onto the new phone and lost some videos and pictures as well as game progress.

Came to this Apple Store the day after a new iPhone was launched, which meant high demand and large crowds of people trying to get the new devices. I was doing a walk-in transaction and did not opt for store pickup so my wait was longer than those who already had theirs reserved. Nonetheless, the staff managing the lines were super kind and knowledgeable. Once it was my turn, the staff member helping me out was super kind and knowledgeable. They seemed like they were able to help me choose which phone I should get based off my specific use cases. Would definitely recommend this Apple Store!

Have an issue with my AirPod max 2 that I bought 23 days ago. They were sent out for repair and I was told I’d just be sent a new pair except that’s not what happened and they still aren’t working. Manager Josh said there is nothing they can do since they can’t replicate the issue and when I asked to speak with his manager he flat out refused to give me even a name for contact and said it wasn’t allowed. He clearly doesn’t want to help me even get to someone who can help me. I am hoping someone can help me with my 23 day old 550 dollar headphones but unfortunately Josh said no exceptions can be made and talked to me like I was a 12 years old and wasn’t understanding. Very condescending and truthfully showed no empathy towards my situation. Disappointed in apple and this location. Especially after already being without my brand new headphones for 5 days. I’m told my only option is to send them out for repair again so I can be without them for another 5 days. Everyone I meet with at apple has been deflecting the problem and no one wants to help. Very frustrating.
