Iv been a customer of AT&T for 8+ years. On Wednesday ( Jan 17 2024) I had a horrible experience at your Authorize retailer store. Ana is Unprofessional, & is not fit to operate a store by herself. Basically collected all my private information and try to activate a new Wireless line without my consent. When I explain to her thats not what I’m trynna do. She gave me attitude. During the interaction she calls her Boyfriend (who supposably works for AT&T ) to help a customer that was also presence. From the beginning of our interaction she did not seem interested in assisting me with my issue because she was not getting a New Line Activation. Mind you, She called her manager Jairo and District Manager Alexis as well… Basically if I see any unauthorized activation with my personal information I will take Legal Action. Against Alliance Mobile, TWE , and The Sale Rep.

We were offered to trade in our phones and were supposed to get a new one for free and another for $200. We’ve been charged monthly on our bill for both phones ever since, the store keeps saying they’re waiting on corporate but it’s been over 6 months. They are not helpful in any way, can’t answer questions. We updated our payment method recently for autopay and were told it would renew and charge to our new card (old expired, it’s not that we didn’t have the money or something) but now it’s trying to charge to the old card and we’re getting slapped with overdue fees. I’d really stay away from this place, terrible representation for the company and apparently they will outright STEAL your old phones if you trade them in. Awesome business practice AT&T

jeremiah was so nice!! his coworker was also nice who helped us. and then he took over once the guy left: jeremiah helped me with my phone and was wicked patient and stayed the whole time!! definitely the ideal worker

So I went into this store and the trashy individual that didn't really seem to care about people. (On my bill says jairo) I went in to get a business line started with a tablet. After not being able to look at any of them because hey why would you care to actually make sure that the people spending thousands of dollars there can see what they are buying, I ended up with an I pad. Not the newest one but that's fine. I was told I would have everything sent to me. Now trying to add a line I can not even do that I can't cancel my account nor add anything to it because the person who clearly had no business being left alone in the store to handle things didn't add my email, my phone number, didn't give me an account number, didn't give me a pin number nothing. Now before you say I should have asked I did. And was told it would all be sent to me. I highly highly highly recommend staying away from this store. I will be canceling my 7 year personal account and my business account and ill just go to Verizon.

The Marlboro store manager, Jairo, is great. He and the other staff working there were very patient with me as went over different options and how they would affect my current plan. At no point did they ever rush me or make me feel pressured. They were just super helpful

Worst experience ever. Sarah shouldn’t even be selling phones if shes ordering the wrong one for me to start off. Secondly the location sucks so sappy and sad. This att is one of the worst locations EVER DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANNA GET RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!! ZERO STARS
