I always have a good experience at this location, Luis is always so helpful and informative, he has helped me purchase and activate a few phones now and I enjoy his customer service so much I drive an extra 20 minutes to visit his location over my local one.

We went into this Boost Mobile store in Marlborough. Louis helped our son pick out a new phone, transfer his line over and took care of setting it all up. The process was simple, easy and Louis provided great service!

Very unprofessional and lied to me that they cannot provide my my account number when customer care says the store can provide it. Boost mobile is worst with lot of phone incompatibilities and store employees are unhelpful to help about it as well.

Luis, the manager was extremely rude to me. All I wanted was my account number and he refused to lift a finger. I went to the Framingham store and they got me my account number in 2 minutes. Clearly it was something he was able to do but didnt care enough to do. Terrible customer service.
