I have to give a huge shout out to the guy working yesterday at the fed ex counter. I wish I had gotten his name as he went above and beyond helping me get my box repackaged so I didn't have to come back. So much appreciated during this busy time!

Pharmacy is so unorganized and a mess, waiting an extra half hour for just a flu shot is unacceptable, and then people who showed up AFTER me were being called for their shots BEFORE me. First time I excused it because the pharmacy was very understaffed but for it to happen multiple times is ridiculous, you're better off getting your vaccines somewhere else, these people will just waste your time

Terrible service. It's been this way for many years & continues to go downhill. Pharmacy has been understaffed, which I understand but after many years with no change it's seemingly by choice. Was on hold for 25 minutes waiting with "one call ahead of me" - I hung up. I called back 10 minutes later & say on hold for another 22 minutes before I hung up AGAIN. Wasted almost an hour for nothing. Unfortunately my Dr. sent a RX here, I've had the same exact insurance for 10 years BUT they texted saying we have no insurance info on file. I called TO PROVIDE WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE ON FILE ALREADY. THEY CLEARLY IVNORE THE PHONE PURPOSELY. No exaggerations .... Refer to picture of the second phone call time on hold the whole time (with ONE caller ahead of me? B********* Option B was go in to the store & waste an hour waiting in line cuz they are always extremely slow & careless that they're being busy. They had a BUCKET catching water ON A SHELF IN THE ISLE due to the leaking roof (that bucket stayed for over 1.5 years) that should be a sign that the place is a dump. Go out of your way to take your business elsewhere if possible. The other reviews all speak the same words & poor rating that I'm giving. It should be no surprise. Bring back private owned pharmacies. The service was actually genuine. These chains don't give a damn about us customers. A complete waste of time here. Spend your money elsewhere. If we stop going they will close

Most incompetent pharmacy I've ever been to. It doesn't matter if you use the automated call, speak to someone directly (if they actually answer), or order online- days in advance mind you - your prescription will never be ready on time. I've always used Walgreen in every state I've lived in, never come across a pharmacy like this. They are the only ones I've ever seen to actually lose a prescription. If there was a zero star option I'd select it. If you put in a prescription and they say '20 minutes' don't even bother coming back that day, it will likely not be available even the following day. If you have new insurance. . . You may as well try CVS because they have zero clue what they're doing.

The Pharmacist Julie I believe her name is who worked on 3/18/2022 is such a rude and very unprofessional person. We all know that this Walgreens has issues with the pharmacy getting help but please hire people with a nice attitude. She was such a b***** Never have I ever had an issue picking up my meds a day or 2 early. I even called my doctors office and it was not an issue with them so Julie you will be getting your call from them. I will go and find another pharmacy if you hire people like her. My family has been using Walgreens for Forever. This is the Walgreens on Granger blvd in Marlborough mass. The reason I needed my meds 2 days early is because I'm going away and still she was a big j******

Inept people at the register with a line back to the photo section. Prices are outrageous and the place is poorly laid out. Best go to Bouvier's.

Apperantly when you order your pictures to be printed to be done already when you get there, that does NOT happen.. excuses on excuses are what I was hearing, on top of laziness and attitude, very unpleased with my experience.

Ok, so we know that Walgreens will never be like the drugstores we knew and loved growing up. Gone is the cheery guy behind the counter ( we called the druggist) ...that knew you and your entire family.... But you would think Walgreens would at least try to be nice to their customers. With the exception of one nice older man, who I have not seen in quite a while, this Walgreens pharmacy staff is the rudest and most unprofessional group of people.... They have gone as far as to shout my personal information out for all to hear... AND accuse me of "overtaking" my medication - and they got an earful from my doctor on that account. I understand this is quite a stressful job....but if you can't take the heat, don't be a pharmacist at Walgreens! Seriously... I am working on transferring my scrips over to CVS.... It's a disappointment because I like the Walgreens store in general much more than CVS...but Im so done with this place...
