I've been a loyal Chase customer for 15 years and have visited various branches across the country. Without a doubt, this branch offers the best customer service I've ever experienced.
I recently visited to deposit checks, cash, and exchange foreign currency. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. They patiently answered all my questions and made the entire process seamless.
I'm truly impressed by the exceptional service at this branch and will continue to be a loyal customer

Scam!
They are not able to deliver the services on time that they promised.
They don't give value to customers as they show.

I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatment I was given by the branch manager. In an attempt to open at estate account I was met with constant pushback with no explanation on how to proceed or fix things in order to open the account. I went to another bank and it was opened immediately. I was eventually ghosted by the manager, where I left messages and tried to call multiples time with no response or returned phone calls. In a situation of sadness and vulnerability I was expecting to be met with a willingness to help but seems like she could care less about me and my situation.

If you’re hoping to cash a check from chase, don’t go here. They don’t cash checks. You can walk in with a chase check and they’ll tell you “sorry we don’t cash checks here.” Still not really sure if it’s a real bank or not. Seems like it’s just a scam.

Elian Pena is the most amazing banker I could ever have! I've been abroad for a long time and I got my online banking blocked for more than 4 months and I couldn't solve it in any way! So this amazing guy called me yesterday to introduce himself as my new banker, I told him my problem and in less than an hour he had restored my online banking access which I've been trying to do for over 4 months!!! He was so polite, nice and helpful!!! Congrats to him!!!
