We have since purchased a few others for different applications & upgrades & any time we have had an issue (most of the time it has been user error), they have responded right away & were ALWAYS out the same day, sometimes within the hour. You just can't get better than that & it is why we will continue to purchase our office machines & maintenance contracts with them. I highly recommend them to everyone who asks who we use!”

I want to give a big thank you to Dominic at the Apple Store in Solomon Pond Mall (Marlborough, MA) for his outstanding service on the evening of October 4th, 2025.

Around 7 PM, I came in with my brother after struggling to access my MacBook. I had attempted a reset and entered recovery mode, but couldn’t remember my password and was completely stuck. Dominic stepped in right away and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

He was incredibly professional, patient, and clear in walking me through the steps to regain access. What really stood out was how calmly he explained everything—not just to fix the issue in the moment, but to help me understand what to do if it ever happened again. His knowledge and demeanor made a frustrating situation feel manageable.
