I recently had the pleasure of working with Marie at CubeSmart in Marlborough, and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, Marie greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She took the time to understand my storage needs and guided me through the entire process with patience and expertise.
Marie’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set her apart. She provided clear explanations about the different storage options available and helped me choose the perfect unit for my belongings. Throughout the entire rental process, she was incredibly responsive and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which is a huge plus. However, it’s Marie’s exceptional customer service that made my experience outstanding. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and she certainly does!
If you’re in need of storage solutions, I highly recommend visiting CubeSmart and asking for Marie. You won’t be disappointed!

Service was fast, informed, and addressed any issues i had. Including going out in the rain, at the end of her day to fix the latch on the storage door. Amazing !!!

They were so helpful and fast when getting by my unit. Friendly staff came over day of to show me how to use the sliding door, since I couldn’t figure out how.
At first I rented a larger unit and they contacted me to let me know it was second floor and if I still wanted it, since I didn’t know.
Free lock with unit!
10 out of 10 recommend using them.

Unit was found to be covered in mold after a few months of storage in a “climate controlled” unit. STAY AWAY!!!!!
