Wanted to move into a bigger unit and Marcy helped me with the process. She was very attentive, answered all of my questions, and made it very easy. She was very kind and explained everything very well!! Definitely recommend coming to see Marcy for help. 😁😁

Marcy so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The facility is very clean and feels safe. They have surveillance cameras everywhere. I have had a couple of units for over a year and no problems.

The Marlboro MA location has the rudest employees i have came across the way this lady spoke to my sister is unbelievable and she tried fudging her bill. DO NOT rent space here ! Rude employee and lying employee and she fakes the bill!!!

I call and explain that I would be late for the first time in 6 years and they said ok just send check post date it for the 10th when I get paid on the 11th of February to avoid the late fee. I get paid every to weeks. They said to take a survey and save 10 bucks. Well they didn't read my check tried to Cash it and returned my check. Lost the 10 bucks on the survey and will now bounce my check. Thanks for that storelocal. I will be looking for a new place now. And that's to bad because I love my stuff there its safe and convenient for me when iam down from maine. So iam not really happy with the lie I was told!!

As someone who’s never used a storage unit before, I wasn’t sure where to start. Amy at Storelocal made the whole experience so easy. She walked me through all my options, explained the sizes and pricing clearly, and answered every question I had. I felt comfortable knowing my stuff would be safe and secure. The facility is spotless and Amy’s customer service is impressive and I’m so grateful for her help. I highly recommend this place!

Everything and everyone was very supportive and helpful. I am an older woman on my own.
The woman who helped me at the front desk explained everything clearly and took the time to be sure that I was getting what was a good match for my needs.
The building is not brand new but it appears to be. It is immaculate. This building is much less expensive but 10 times more pleasant, adaptable, clean, and secure then the building space I have rented for Four years in a nearby town. It’s a ten on a scale of 0 to 10. Visit and see for yourself.
