I have gone into this store on several different occasions. Each time is better than the last. Garrett, Russ, Nick, Tyler and “Andy” have treated me with nothing but respect and compassion. When I needed bolts to fix my garage Garrett was quick to order the correct one and Nick delivered them before I could blink my eyes. They saved me that day! I am forever grateful.

Employees are about as useful as a white crayon. Inventory is pathetic and minimal. Employee managed to get a washer stuck on the bolt I brought with me damaging it

They have a fair amount of fasteners and other hardware. Better than the typical hardware store. Some metric and some SAE. I'll go back there if I need some nut & bolts. They have some rod stock, some safety stuff, and some tools. Not a huge selection but some stuff. Just ordered some fasteners, I'll update soon.

Industrial supply prices for industrial parts. The staff is always great about getting specialty stuff done, definitely worth the visit before you go to a dealership.

I order some lags on a Friday to be ready to pick up on the following Monday at 8:00am. When I arrived Monday morning to pick the lags up they said the truck was on its way. Waited over and hour and half to get them.
